The villa is surrounded by 1800 sqm of land and is located in small town Kun 10 kilometers from Labin. Architecturally well thought out, with clean lines and functional - so you can describe the house best. In addition, it is fully air conditioned and tastefully decorated. Cool off in the swimming pool (8 x 3.5 m) ensures the garden with shady young oaks.

House for 8 persons: about 135 m² on two floors. On the ground floor one double bedroom, shower / WC, large living area with lounge, dining area and kitchen. Exit to the terrace, which is connected by a staircase to the sun terrace by the pool. In the first floor three double bedrooms - two with balcony, bathroom / WC.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Ein wunderschönes und sauberes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Alle Zimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet so das jeder seine Wohlfühl Temperatur einstellen kann. Der Pool ist ein wenig frisch was aber daran liegen kann das wir im September dort waren und die Sonne nicht mehr die Höhe erreicht um den Pool aufzuwärmen. Der Vermieter ist super nett und immer zu erreichen. Wir sagen danke für diesen tollen Urlaub. Helga und Peter

Erholung und Spaß

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt in der Villa Nika. Robert, der Vermieter hat sich gleich nach der Buchung gemeldet und uns alle offenen Fragen beantwortet bzw auch eine genaue Info zur Anfahrt geschickt. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für die Erholung benötigt. Es gibt Liegen sowie Lounge-Möbel am Pool. Für die Kinder ist mit Schaukel, Rutsche und Tischtennis auch gesorgt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Betten in den Schlafzimmern sind sehr bequem. Kunj ist sehr abgelegen und ruhig aber es ist nicht weit zum Einkaufen oder an einen der traumhaften Strände in Rabac. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen bestimmt mal wieder

Villa Topolko in July

We spent a lovely holidays in Villa Topolko in July 2015 with friends and family. Robert- the host is a very friendly and supportive person. The house is new, clean and big enough. Very well situated. If you're looking for quiet place with lots of shade, nice pool, close to the nature yet not far from the civilisation :) and sea this is the place for you… It was a relaxing time for us all.
