The beautiful Villa Marija Korenici is located near the town of Rovinj. It can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones in central Istria, then you have come to the right place.

A shared living, cooking and dining area awaits you on the first floor of the villa. It is characterized by its light tones and a combination of modern and vintage elements. The spacious area exudes an appealing aura and invites you to relax. One bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower is also located on this floor, while the other three bedrooms are located on the second floor. Two bedrooms on this floor are furnished with a double bed and have their own bathroom with shower. The third bedroom on the upper floor has a single bed, a double bed and also an en-suite bathroom with shower. The wonderful beds in the villa will rock you to sleep like a baby!

During the day you will certainly enjoy the beautiful large outdoor area. Warm summer days are the perfect opportunity to cool off in the pool or enjoy a family meal in the outdoor dining area. The pool has two shallower parts with hydromassage, which are ideal for smaller children

The villa is located in the village of Korenici near Kanfanar and is only a short drive away from Lim Bay. Lim Bay is located on the west coast of Istria and is about 13 km long and has been declared a nature reserve, making it a perfect destination for all nature lovers. The bay is particularly famous for its mussels and oysters, which can be tasted on site. We definitely recommend visiting the beautiful picturesque coastal town of Rovinj, which is located on a small peninsula. Today, most of the buildings in the town center are still in their original state and will take you back in time. Stroll through the romantic alleyways and sample typical local specialties in the restaurants. Medieval towns such as Motovun, Groznjan and Buzet are also within easy reach and well worth a visit. For families with children, we recommend a trip to the water park in Porec. If you are more of a beach lover, you can explore the beautiful beaches in and around Rovinj, Porec and Novigrad.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der wundervollen Villa Marija in Koreniči gewesen.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der wundervollen Villa Marija in Koreniči gewesen. Vom Haus Zimmer mit Bad, Pool und Gelände waren wir sehr begeistert. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, freundlich und reagierten sofort, wenn etwas defekt gewesen ist (TV im Wohnzimmer) oder fehlender Toaster gebracht. Sie brachten uns aus eigenem Anbau Tomaten vorbei, die hervorragend gewesen sind. Der Vermieter kam regelmäßig den Pool säubern und fragte jedesmal ob alles ok wäre oder er für uns was tuen könnte. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten sehr gut. Klimaanlage funktionierte ebenfalls sehr gut. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag für soviele Leute in dem Haus wäre, einen 2.Kühlschrank für Getränke anzuschaffen oder eine Aussenküche. Im Gäste-WC am Pool, waren die nassen Fliesen sehr rutschig gewesen. Vorschlag: Antirutschmatte. Wir werden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für die schöne Zeit, die wir dort verbringen durften.

Wir haben hier mit zwei Familien, insgesamt 9 Personen eine traumhafte Zeit verbracht.

Wir haben hier mit zwei Familien, insgesamt 9 Personen eine traumhafte Zeit verbracht. Das Grundstück ist riesig. Es findet sich immer ein Plätzchen im Schatten oder auch in der Sonne, je nachdem wie man es mag. Ein großer Pool, den vor allem die Kinder in vollem Ausmaß genossen haben. Jeden Morgen kommt der Vermieter und reinigt den Pool gründlich, und sorgt ständig dafür, dass der pH-Wert stimmt. Wir hatten einige größere Gewitter, wodurch nachts auch viele kleinere Äste und Blätter im und um den Pool herum heruntergekommen sind. Aber an den jeweiligen Morgen danach war sowohl der Vermieter auch als seine Frau beide da und haben alles wieder picobello sauber gemacht. Ein echter 5-Sterne Service. Das Vermieter Ehepaar haben wir als überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber erlebt. Wir haben beispielsweise den 8. Geburtstag unserer Tochter dort gefeiert. Als die Vermieter das mitbekommen haben, erhielten wir von Ihnen am Nachmittag eine unglaublich leckere Torte. Zwischendurch haben wir auch zwei mal Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten der Vermieter umsonst bekommen (Paprike, Tomaten, Gurken), und auch Weine und Kräuterliköre. Das Haus ist großzügig. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad/WC. Das sorgt für genügend Privatsphäre. Trotzdem dass wir mit zwei Familien da waren, hatten wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl zu sehr auf einander zu hocken. Durch die Größe des gesamten Anwesens hat man immer die Möglichkeit sich draußen wie drinnen zurück zu ziehen und mal für sich zu sein. Das Objekt befindet sich in einem urigen Dörfchen. Drum herum sieht man nur Grünes und man hört nur die Natur (Zirkaden, Grillen, etc.); kein Straßenlärm und auch keine Touristenscharen; ein Ort der absoluten Erholung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 6 Km entfernten Ort Kanfanar (zwei Studenac Märkte, ein Ultra Markt, Fleischerei, Bäckerei), alles da was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Wir haben hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub gehabt und können dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
