Private Saltwater Pool

Our stay was very nice. The pool was awesome, but the house itself needs updating, it needs more outlets in the basement. But overall, it was nice.

Perfect location to the beach

Cleanliness was the main issue. Windows were dirty, countertops were dirty. Don’t think the inside of fridge has ever been wiped down. Cigarette butts outside, sand on the couch. Only reason they get a 2 star is because the sheets were clean. staircase is sketchy to say the least. That’s going to fail anytime resulting in somebody getting really hurt. Don’t care for the fact I had to pay a cleaning fee since my wife had to sweep and clean a good bit of the place before our friends showed up. Other than that I won’t say anything bad about the place. Pool cleaner showed up the second day we were there and we should of gotten a heads up since he just walked in the gate without announcing himself but overall not the worse experience we have had. Waited as long as I did to respond because I wasn’t sure it would do any good but thought how will you know what to improve on if I don’t. Well there you have it.

Swimming pool area very excellent and the house part good

They need to make sure everything is working properly and updated, doors and beds, bathrooms needs an updated and beds, but other than that it was very good

Issues - non stop

Check in code would not work properly. The only communication was in broken English. House was not supplied adequately with linens or tissue paper. Thermostat was locked- the house stayed got !
