Rustic house "Can Trullas", 2 storeys, renovated in 1992. Outside the resort, 1 km from the centre of Viladecavalls, in a secluded, quiet, elevated position. Private: natural state property (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (depth 150 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Table tennis, pergola (40 m2). Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station 1.5 km. Nearby attractions: Montserrat 27 km, Barcelona 32 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The house is located on a 150-hectare farm where there are 2 more houses. Forest land where barbecues are strictly prohibited by law.

Casa con mucho espacio y tranquilidad. Viajé con mis hijos y nietos y están deseando repetir el próximo verano . El único inconveniente fué el estado del lavavajillas.

Bien situé, mais une mise à niveau s’impose

Super bien situé à 20 minutes de Barcelone ou Montserrat, et les facilités à portée de voiture (indispensable). Accueil super gentil et maison très propre, avec du cachet. Gros murs épais qui protègent de la chaleur et piscine agréable. Par contre, la maison est dans une vallée où tout s’entend, surtout le pôle PME en face et la route en contre bas. Matériel insuffisant et vétuste, surtout la cuisine totalement hors du temps. La maison mérite vraiment une mise à jour pour être au top,

Au sujet des ustensiles de cuisine, un contrôle a été effectué, cependant si selon vous des éléments sont manquants vous pouvez toujours contacter nos collègues sur place et ils vous fourniront les ustensiles. Au sujet du bruit de la rue, hélas, parfois il y a des facteurs externes que Interhome ne peut influencer. Nous vous remercions de votre compréhension et espérons vous revoir très prochainement.

Séjour excellent ! La maison nous a bluffée, encore mieux que sur les photos. La maison est également super bien équipée, tout y est. Nos suggestions pour un séjour parfait : - pas de ventilateurs dans la maison - le nettoyage automatique de la piscine devrait être activé plus souvent - il n'y a que des matelas simples plutôt petits, pas de lits doubles Malgré ces bémols, nous y retournerons avec plaisir l'année prochaine ! Les propriétaires sont également très gentils et très réactifs !

Situé à 30mn de Barcelone en voiture, autre plage situé à 40 45mn, maison rangé et ménage de surface fais à notre arrivée. Bémol sur les poubelles à jeter à 5mn en voiture du lieu d'habitation.

Casa genial para desconectar unos días

La casa está muy bien y cerquita de Barcelona. Nosotros no salimos, solo lo indispensable para ir a comprar. El porche cubierto delante de la piscina es ideal, comimos y cenamos allí todos los días. Hay que ir con cuidado si se va con niños pequeños ya que los muros no son muy altos y hay caídas importantes, pero vamos que teniéndolos controlados no hay problema.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig.Natürlich etwas älter, mit vielen alten Dingen dekoriert.Es riecht etwas muffig und gerade in der Küche könnte einiges erneuert werden . Das Aussengelände ist riesig und schön angelegt.Viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegestühle (ohne Polster).Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und am hinteren Ende recht tief. Durch die umstehenden Bäume und Sträucher muss er öfter gereinigt werden.Leider gibt es draußen viele Mücken und nicht alle Fenster haben Mückennetze

Leuk familie verblijf

In de buurt van Barcelona, ongeveer 30 min . Iets verouderde cassa maar alles wat je nodig hebt voor een geslaagde vakantie is aanwezig . Wij waren met 8 personen en een kindje van bijna 2 . Minpunt is dat er geen stofzuiger voor het zwembad aanwezig is , en na 2 weken de bodem toch een beetje vervuild is . En de matrassen mogen ook eens vernieuwd worden .

Très bien !

Maison confortable et spacieuse, environnement calme, on a bien profité de la grande terrasse avec la piscine. On aurait apprécié plus de couverts et d'ustensiles de cuisine, les 2 chauffe-eau peinent à fonctionner en même temps mais on s'adapte. Bon accueil des propriétaires et de leur fils.
