GÜELL PARK APARTMENT

A holiday apartment which can sleep 8 people, located in an excellent location near the Sant Gervasi market, and 20 minutes from the Parque Güell park. It has 4 bedrooms (3double roomswithtwin bedsanda roomwith abunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped separate kitchen, and a living/dining room. It is very well connected, with a train station just 50 metres away, from where a 10-minute ride will take you to the city centre, while a slightly longer ride will take you to the Tibidabo, where you can enjoy some of the best views of Barcelona.
The San Gervasi district, where the main avenues are lined with thousands of shops, is one of the largest commercial areas of Barcelona. It has exclusive clothes shops, shoe shops, design furniture, tempting cake shops, and famous restaurants.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.
- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.
- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.
- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.
- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.
- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

We had a fantastic time staying in this property. Very close to transport links, and plenty of bars and restaurants in the local area. We would definitely stay here again. The property was very clean and secure.

Great apartment
We enjoyed our stay here in Barcelona. Nice location, lots of shops, restaurants nearby as well as a playground and a metro line. There is a restaurant underneath that gets noisy for a couple of hours at night but it didn’t bother us and by midnight it was very quiet. The kids slept right through it!! We would stay here again.

After the Camino Barcelona
Our communication with the management company was very good. We inquired about coming in a day early and we received a prompt reply. The property is a block and a half from a Metro station, several grocery stores were across the street and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The property was as described & in the pics. It was a little noisy during weekday evenings with the street level bars. Very nice property to stay in during a visit to Barcelona.

Logement conforme au descriptif, propre, agréable, et spacieux un peu bruyant le soir avec le bar en dessous mais bon poir les vacances on se couche plus tard 😁. Propriétaire sérieux et répond dessuite petit soucis de fenêtre qui a été résolu le jour même. On recommandons et garderons l'adresse pour nos futures visites.

We had a nice stay at the apartment. The check-in was flexible, which was nice since we arrived at 9am. The location is good, as the apartment is just around the corner from metro station taking you to Placa de Catalunya. The amenities were as stated in the listing. The beds were separate. All in all, good stay, as expected when you're staying in Barcelona.
