Three bedroom home with full kitchen + dining area, includes everything you'll need to prepare meals at home. TVs recently added to each bedroom! Great patio/backyard, fireplace, 4k TV, wifi, & workspace/desk. King bed & Soaking/Garden tub. Free parking with two car garage. Washer & dryer available for use in the home. *PLEASE NOTE THAT THE HOME SLEEPS 6 COMFORTABLY, 8 WHEN USING THE FUTON, FULL AIR MATTRESS, AND/OR COUCH (ALL THREE IN LIVING ROOM)*

Great Comfortable Spot in Austin

Overall our stay was very comfortable. The owners were helpful and on top of things. The house is close to everything. We enjoyed our stay. Would book again.

Nice house in South Austin

My parents and my family visited Austin for Thanksgiving, and we enjoyed the house. Everything was comfortable, and the owners were receptive to communication and repairs.

Why they chose this property

This home is large enough to accommodate multiple guests while still providing privacy, yet only a short drive from nearby attractions. Only 2 miles from dozens of bars and restaurants, and 11 minutes from East 6th Street and Rainey Street, amd 14 minutes from the Austin Airport. The home is also located 45 minutes from dozens of winery's and breweries in the Texas Hill Country.

What makes this property unique

Lots of free parking on site in the driveway and 2 car garage. Backyard with large patio and tons of space. Hosts are nearby and very responsive should you need anything during your stay. We are local Austinites, born and raised, and have plenty of insight on things to do during your stay. We love to host and offer our recommendations!
