**APARTMENT FEATURES:**

**This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment features the following:**

- A large main living space divided as such:
- A dining area with a dining table for 6 people.
- A lounge area with a convertible sofa, a coffee table and an armchair.

- A separate kitchen, well equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve great meals, or just make great coffee in the must-have Nespresso coffee machine (What Else?)

- 2 bedrooms with the following setup:

- A first bedroom with a queen size bed, large closet/dressing and wide bay windows opening to a shaded terrace.
- A second bedroom with two single beds, closet/dressing as well, and opening to the back terrace.

- Two bathrooms, one with tub and toilets, the other with shower.

- Separate toilets but they don't mind being on their own (and you probably won't mind either).

- Only steps away from neighborhood shops for your daily needs (bakery, grocery store, butcher's, fish market, post office...)

All bed linen provided for each bed as well as 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. (Additional linen and towels available for a fee upon request with advance notice.)
A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea...)

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed unless they are very small and with prior authorization. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY. Penalties may apply if the apartment policies are not followed.**


**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, the Boulevard Eugène Gazagnaire, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

- Reach the Mouré Rouge Beach to do some skinny dipping or find a quiet spot on a terrace and enjoy a cocktail.

- Go for a stroll on the Croisette seafront and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-control boats.

And within less than 7 minutes drive you can enjoy these activities:

- Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a trade show.

- Board a train for a ride along the coastal Riviera, or beyond.

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets.

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)

IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-ins after 6 pm will be made via lock box, or in person with a 35 euro additional charge. Check-ins after Midnight will be via lock box only (we reserve that for our Netflix time...)
