Rare waterfront find, built in 2020. Step out and enjoy a coffee as the sunrises on the beautiful St.Lawrence River. Relax and enjoy the sun on the 60+ foot cantilever dock, jump in for a swim, or try and catch a world-renowned St Lawrence smallmouth bass. Boaters are welcome with docking/whips available. Access to private beach on north side of the property. We now have WiFi! Guided fishing trips are available through www.northchannelfishing.com. please be aware that there is current on the channel side of the river. The beach area is calm without current

Spectacular place!

Amazing, tidy and well organized cottage. The owners were vvery warm and prompt communication. We ean out of bottle water and gas tank and he promptly sent someone with it. As per the outdoors, perfect quiet place for an enjoyable sound to birds and an incredible sunset and sunrise! We'll definitely come back in summer time!!!
