It is a lovely home in walking distance to the beach. It has a nice open floor plan with a full bath upstairs and down. This was great for getting everyone cleaned up and ready to go after a day lounging on the beach in front of Caddy's or playing in the waves. The home is well furnished with everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen has ample kitchenware and dishes to prepare a meal if you want to. There are also several dining options within walking distance of the property. We enjoy not needing to start the car for days and still being able to enjoy dining, the bar scene, and the beautiful beaches of Treasure Island. This is our second rental of this property and it is high on our list when we return to Sunset Beach.

The location to the beach was amazing but the home was infested with german cockaroaches. The air vents and oven were dirty. The host was very receptive and was able to address the problem immediately.

Thank you for your review, but this is not absolutely true, and you were given a refund of all your monies the first day you checked in. Also, we received an email from VRBO that you could be a problem reservation, and they suggested that we call to make sure that you understood the regulations for the home which I did prior to your arrival which i believe upset you and this caused you to leave a bad review.

The location of this house was the best. Literally right across from the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There were a few things missing that were listed on the original post but nothing major. The owner of the property was very responsive and accommodating. We would for sure recommend and stay there again.

The place was wonderful. It had everything we needed and more. Very clean, plenty of dishwasher cleaner, washer detergent and even softener. The grill was very nice and had lots of propane. It's only a small walk to the water and everything needed for the beach was there also. We blew a fuse (our fsult) and the owner helped us find the fuse box and reset it. Very helpful and concerned. I haven't been in a nicer place. Thanks so much for all the help and letting us use your wonderful place. We will be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Richard's place! The beach was so close which was our number 1 priority! The proximity to the shops/restaurants near St Pete Beach was also great! Everything was clean and there were plenty of beach towels and a few chairs we were able to bring to the beach! There was no wagon that we saw, but with only a 2 minute walk to the beach it was super easy to take two trips either way. We would definitely stay here again!

Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Loved having a full bathroom / laundry room on the main living floor. Both bathrooms are large. Property was well stocked with extra towels, trash bags, paper towels and quality toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent. View from balcony was perfect. Beautiful sunsets. Location to beach was perfect for us. Many dining out, or take out, options available very close. We enjoyed our time!
