Spacious kitchen w/granite counters/stainless appliances. Main bedroom has water view, King bed, ensuite bath and laundry. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed adjacent to hallway bath with rain shower. Kids' room: 2 full beds/twin trundle. Fenced yard/doggy door.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels. Place on floor of bathroom they are located in.
- Place all dirty sheets on floor of the room they are in.
- Return boat lift to above sea wall position.
- Check under beds, on patio, etc. for any personal items.
- Close doggie door
