Superbe maison “comme chez soi”

Location idealement situee ou absolument rien ne manque. Sentiment de se sentir “a la maison”. Proximite de la plage et des commerces. Grand espace exterieur avec deux belles terrasses. Acceuil des plus sympathiques…un coup de coeur.

Wundervolles Familienhaus

Wir haben zu 7. (3 Kinder) das wunderbare alte Steinhaus für eine Woche belebt.Es hat einen tollen Charm und man spürt den Geist der vergangenen Tage und die Energie der Familie. Das ganze Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich.Die Betten sind sehr alt und mäßig bequem.Bäder funktionieren gut und sind sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt ein Bad auf jeder Etage. Im OG, in dem sich 3 der Schlafzimmer befinden, gibt es ein Wannenbad ohne Toilette. Im EG ein Duschbad mit Toilette und eine zusätzliche separate Toilette.Eines der Schlafzimmer befindet sich im EG, scheinbar in einem später angebauten Teil des Hauses. Hier war der Geruch durch Feuchtigkeit unangenehm.Generell lässt sich die Feuchtigkeit im Haus nicht leugnen, ist aber nicht all zu schlimm.Darunter gelitten haben einige Utnsilien aus Holz in der Küche. Diese waren etwas moderig. Die Küche ist aber als solches gut ausgestattet. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden.Der Tisch in der Küche ist für 8 Personen etwas klein, funktionierte aber. Draußen am Tisch ist viel Platz. Es gibt einen großen Sonnenschirm.Das Haus wird wohl im Winter nicht bewohnt, was das Problem der Feuchtigkeit verstärkt.Einmal im Frühjahr die Küche mit allen Utensilien durchgehen und säubern würde helfen. Wir hatten eine zauberhafte Woche hier. Auch die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist phantastisch. Strand in 10 min. zu Fuß erreichbar.Die Kommunikation mit der Familie war reibungslos und sehr freundlich!!!

Triste experience

Bien localisée. La maison est en revanche très sale, sent la moisissure dans tous les placards, les assiettes et les couverts sont sales (morceaux de nourriture séchée dans les assiettes), les cabinets de cuisine sont également sales avec des taches noires par endroit. On nous a laissé des éponges moisies sur le bord de l’évier, entre autres. Les chambres sentent la moisissure. On a du laisser les placards et les fenêtres ouverts constamment. Le tapis au rez de chaussée est taché à plusieurs endroit. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons appelé la propriétaire, laissé un message. Elle ne nous a jamais répondu. La communication a été inexistante. C’est le fils de la femme de ménage qui nous a ouvert la maison qu’il ne connaît pas. Donc pas d’état des lieux à l’entrée. Nous avons envoyé un message pour connaître les dispositions pour quitter la maison. Pas de réponse. Donc également pas d’état de lieux de sortie. Juste laisse les clés pour la femme de ménage. Cela n’a pas empêché le propriétaire de nous appeler presque une semaine après notre départ pour mentionner qu’il y’avait trois taches sur un tapis en sisal à l’étage, que nous ignorions. Évidemment dans l’objectif de conserver notre caution. Voilà une triste expérience tant avec la maison qu’avec la propriétaire qui ne semble pas prendre au sérieux les engagements de location. PS. Il n’y a pas de toilettes à l’étage qui abritent trois chambres. Ce n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce.

Merveilleux séjour amis/famille

Cette merveilleuse maison se trouve dans une impasse au calme et correspond tout à fait à la description. Les échanges avec la propriétaire, très présente, ont été fluides et très agréables. Et Port Manec'h est desservi par le réseau de bus Coralie entre Concarneau et Pont-Avec, ce qui a rendu possible une semaine de vacances sans voiture !
