In the district of Lend, 7 km from the centre of Goldegg, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 7 km from the lake, 9 km from the skiing area. For shared use: meadow. Barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), petting farm. In the house: central heating system. Motor access (1.5 km via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Grocery 1.3 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 3.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 20 km, bathing lake "Goldegg" 7 km, lake Zeller See 28 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 4 km, gondola lift 9 km, skisport facilities 4 km, ski school 4 km, sled run 10 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Dorfgastein - Großarl 10 km, St. Johann Alpendorf 17 km, Zell am See - Kaprun 29 km. Please note: car recommended.

Beautiful location, friendly hosts

A beautiful location in a spectacular deep-sided valley. Very quiet but with easy access to a main road that will take you to Zell am See and its surrounding amenities in 20 mins or Salzburg in an hour. Although the stairs in the property might be an issue with just mobile children, overall this is a great place for children - there is lots of space outside (and lots of toys!). The hosts are very friendly, it is excellent value and we would fully recommend.

Achtal im sonnigsten Herbst

Unterkunft war noch recht neu, großzügig, hell und in aller bester Hanglage. Bei sonnigem Hetbstwetter und romantischer Baumfärbung passte einfach alles.

Accueil sympa - Gîte très accueillant

Accueil sympa - la dame (belge flamand) parle bien le français. Le gîte nous a beaucoup plu . Chambre de 3 personnes. Avec beaucoup de cachet : belles poutres, de boiseries, mezzanine, grands volumes. Chalet récent. Situation intéressante pour balades vers le sud (villes thermales) et le nord. Petit bémol : vallée encaissée, donc proximité voies ferrées (à environ 300 m- pas mal de trains voyageurs + marchandises), mais le double vitrage atténue correctement le son. Proximités routes (mais suffisamment éloignées pour que le son soit très atténué) et voies électriques aériennes. A déconseiller peut-être à ceux qui veulent une tranquillité parfaite. Accès par un chemin gravillonné à partir de la gare de Lend sans problème. Temps à l'orage sur les 3 jours ce qui a malheureusement limité les sorties. Prévoir kway! Accès internet wifi très aléatoire.

We hebben hier genoten van het appartement, de rust op het balkon, het boerenleven en de vele dingen die er in de nabije omgeving te doen waren. Het was super!
