Enjoy this contemporary historic apartment in this fully renovated four family flat in the beautiful Grove/Forest Park neighborhood! Enjoy the nightlife in central west end while staying on this quiet street. This early 1900's 2nd floor apartment is walking distance to Saint Louis Science Center & The Grove! BJC hospital is a couple blocks away. Just a short 9 minute drive to downtown St. Louis. It has a dedicated private parking as well as ample street parking.
This apartment was rehabbed with a modern furnishing. It is located on a quiet street. This is 1 mile away from the central west end, which is walkable for some, and .3 miles away from the main strip of The Grove that has a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Saint Louis science center is only 10 minute walk and forest park is 15 minute walk.

1. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. No parties or events. If you are planning to invite your friends and family over , you must get pre authorization from us. Violations will result in immediate cancellation. 2. No smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees of $250 to remove odor and stains will be applied to your credit card if a smoking smell was discovered upon checkout. 3. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 4. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. 5. If you have read it this far, THANK YOU for being a SUPER GUEST! 6. At check-in, we require the booker to be present with the Govt Issued ID and CC for incidentals (Airbnb Guest's CC not required) 7. There is a bus stop at Kingshighway Blvd and Wise Avenue that goes south and north. There is bus stop on Manchester that goes east and west. Both Uber and Lyft are highly active in the area and will pick up and drop. There is one designated parking spot in the back of the building and plenty of street parking in front.
PLEASE NOTE- This apartment is located in Central St. louis city, it is a great location! It is a diverse neighborhood.
Like most cities safety can be a concern, walking during the day is encouraged in this area. We do not recommend walking at night.
