The unit was okay, but the common areas needed cleaning. The yard is great for dogs with secure fencing and gates. The guests in the other first-floor unit made me a bit uneasy. Smoking on the porch and leaving cigarette butts all over plus constant use of the washer and dryer and a scary argument. The property is conveniently located near major streets and highways.

Cozy Apartment in a Perfect Location

This apartment is perfect for one person or a couple. It's located in a classic South STL neighborhood that is safe, quiet, and minutes away from major attractions. I found the apartment to be clean, the bed comfy, and the couch perfect for relaxing after a day of activity. My dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and our walks in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an apartment in a quaint older 4plex. It was pretty qiuet and I felt safe. It is close to major freeways so my commute was easy.

Very nice, clean and convenient

This property suited us very well. It was a short drive to the seminar we were attending in Clayton and we were able to make it into downtown St. Louis in a mere 15 minutes. The neighborhood was quiet and we could barely tell there were other people living in the building.

Perfect Refuge

A plumbing disaster turned us out of our house for two weeks. The second week, we ditched the hotel suite life for this sweet flat nearer our home. Having a cozy and cute place to land made the chaos of our home improvement saga so much easier. 12/10 will stay again.

Clean & Convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights in this wonderful apartment-style building. The kitchen was well-equipped - the bed was comfortable - the location was perfectly centrally located - and was easily accessible from the highway. The apartment was wonderfully clean. It's an older building, so the bathroom is a little tight but no issues. East in and out with keypad entry! We would stay again on another trip to St. Louis!

The location of the property was very good. The property needs TLC, especially the exterior, which appears rather run-down. The concrete on either side of the steps is degrading, and the railing on one side is not sturdy. Front door/s need a good wash. The lock code for the front door is the same for 6600 and 6600A. This is a security risk!

We lived in the St Louis area for 23 years, but moved away four years ago. We wanted to visit our grandchildren who live in the city, and this property location was only five minutes away. The property was located in a very nice area with ample on street parking. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. It had everything needed, and the one time I texted with a question they responded almost immediately. This was our first Vrbo rental, and it was a great experience. I hope this apartment will be available next year (or sooner) when we return to St Louis. I will admit we got a little homesick and sad to leave. I never thought that would happen, but being in a great location certainly helped contribute to those feelings. Great apartment; I highly recommend.

Nice location and worked well for me as I was in town visiting family. I was initially worried there would be problems with parking but there was plenty of on street parking in the front which was more convenient to entering the property but if there hadn't been there was offstreet parking behind the property as well.
