Secure residence with swimming pool, close to the marina, beaches, and airport. Studio + Cabin comprises:
An entrance hall with two bunk beds, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, mini oven, and induction hob. A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Fan.
A living room with a two-seater sofa (160 cm) opening onto a loggia, with patio furniture, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a microwave. 27m² + 7m² of loggia. The swimming pool is open in July. One parking space. The studio is currently being renovated.
Linens are not provided. However, they can be ordered.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- SHEET RENTAL: €15.
- CLEANING: €55.
- TOWELS: €12.
