Large air-conditioned T2/3 apartment of 62 m2 duplex with a bedroom (double bed 160) and a mezzanine (double bed 140) upstairs. The bathroom was completely redone in 2024.
Small terrace with large bay window with sea view on the heights of Bandol.
In absolute calm in the residence the hameaux des jas neufs, Escourche district, shops nearby, parking in front of the residence (not enclosed).
Access is directly via an external staircase (1st and last floor)
The town centre, the marina and the beaches are a 10-minute walk away.
Coffee makers: 1 NESPRESSO + 1 classic filter coffee maker.

Le logement est bien situé Bien équipé assez propre dans l ensemble attention beaucoup de poussière sous les lits canapé La clim est présente dans la pièce principale mais très insuffisante pour le volume pas de clim a l étage se qui est très insupportable durant les fortes chaleurs

Logement contractuel à l'annonce. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et arrangeant . Rapport qualité/prix très bien . La clim est très appréciable au mois d'août, dommage qu'elle ne soit pas ressentie à l'étage dans les espaces nuit. Les ventilateurs présents y sont indispensables. Notre séjour de 15 jours s'est très bien passé !

Absolute gem. Wonderful location, place, and a fully stocked kitchen to cook. For any English-speaking guests: please be aware that you are expected to provide your own towels and sheets! We did not see this in the English translation of details about the place. Overall, would certainly still recommend this stay to anyone!

Appartement grand, spacieux et très bien équipé. La climatisation est indispensable, mais dommage qu elle ne rafraîchisse pas l étage, un peu gênant la nuit. Le logement reste agreable et bien situé, idéal pour profiter du centre ville et de la mer tout en étant au calme.La vue du balcon est superbe. L appartement a un style un peu ancien mais cela ne nuit pas au confort général.Mention spéciale à Mickael, disponible en cas de besoin et pour sa petite attention à notre arrivée qui fait toujours plaisir. Nous recommandons cette location, sans hesiter !

Appartement fonctionnel, bien situé et proches des commerces en marchant 12 minutes. Sur les hauteurs, les nuits sont calmes. Avec une belle vue dégagée. Nous n'avons pas eu de soucis pour nous garer.

Très bien

Nous avons séjourné à 6 adultes dans le logement, sans difficulté. Bien équipé, literie très correcte, propreté OK (précédents locataires pas très doués pour la vaisselle...!!??). Les 2 ventilateurs étaient plus que bienvenus (mais encore insuffisants...), vue la chaleur durant toute la semaine !! Localisation un peu trop éloignée du centre ville pour s'y rendre à pied, mais du coup très calme, et stationnement facile et gratuit à proximité.
