We welcome you to enjoy "SweepingSand" located in Wendwood Condo unit I-1
Lovely 1st floor condo allows easy access to parking without stairs or busy elevators to allow you to save time getting to the beach. We are a quick 3 minute walk to the beach with TWO public access areas across from the Wendwood community on Front Beach Rd in PCB. 2 miles west of Pier Park shopping and entertainment.
2 bedrooms / 2 baths. We have prepared this home for you with all the extras you need. Unit I-1 is located in the building beside the community pool. Bedroom 1 has a King Bed featuring private bath and private entry, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed. Hall full bath.
1 parking pass included with stay additional parking pass is $25 max car space 2
3 night minimum *Minimum Age for booking guest is 25 per the condo rules. Sleeps 5

Great place

We came with two kids and this suited our needs perfectly. I was especially impressed with the short walk to the beach and how well stocked the condo was. We didn’t need to go out and buy can openers or other small gadgets, everything was there. I love that they had a stocked beach closet with chairs, toys, etc.

Wendwood I-1 was a perfect family get away. It was clean, comfortable, and accomodating.

Wendwood was perfectly located near the beach. It was comfortable and well maintained. The pool near the condo was a true relief for our family if we couldn't make it to the beach.

Great location for beach and activities

We stayed here while playing in a baseball tournament nearby. Everything was clean and fresh. The condo location is convenient to local activities and the beach is just a very short walk away. We had plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage boys). The living area is comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating and the bedrooms are perfectly sized with good storage. We did utilize one of the twin roll-aways since the teens didn’t want to sleep together. We did learn to watch our heads around the dining area light. It may be good to either shorten the chain to bring it up to the ceiling or lengthen the chain and swag it over the table. The only amenity we wished we had was a small grill. Overall our stay was absolutely perfect. If we are ever coming back to the area, this condo will be on our list!

Great place, quiet area

This condo was really cute and clean inside. I like that it was in a quite area and literally 2 mins from the beach and close to the popular places without being in the middle of the congested touristy zone.

Family vacation

Very clean and accommodating condo. Communication with property manager was amazing ! Location is right across the street from the beach! I highly recommend this condo!

We have watched Panama City Beach grow from a sleepy little beach town to everything it now provides as a major vacation destination while keeping its quiet areas of town which we enjoy but knowing we are steps away from all the amenities of restaurants and shopping .
