This ocean front vacation condo at the Splash Beach Resort in Panama City Beach is a fantastic family friendly vacation spot! Your kids will love it and so will you, watching them have so much fun at this Disney-like Resort. Look forward to creating memories that will last a lifetime.

This 4th floor condo is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences of home in order to make your stay truly comfortable.

* Private master bedroom with a king-sized bed with a brand new luxury hotel-quality mattress and a private balcony with an incredible gulf view
* 2nd bedroom with a queen-sized bed
* Spacious living area with a brand new luxurious queen-sized sleeper sofa
* There is a twin roll-away bed for the 7th guest (you put it either in the Master or Living room)
* 3 high definition flat-screen televisions with blue ray players
* Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops
* Dining area with a view of the gulf
* Large balcony with a direct beach-front view

* Beach Chairs and Umbrella in unit for guests to take to the beach
* Handicap Accessible within the condo with grab bars in Master Bath Tub (**NOT walk-in shower**) and Master Toilet.


ABOUT THE SPLASH BEACH RESORT
Splash Resort's amenities are quite unique among Gulf Coast resorts and there is something here for everyone. There is an adults-only swimming pool and Jacuzzi located right next to the main kids play area where the water slides and an enormous bucket that dumps hundreds of gallons of water every 45 seconds are located. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness facility overlooking the pool and Lazy River. There is a poolside bar and grill with tables by the pool and a reasonably-priced menu. High-speed Internet access is available in many common areas around the resort, including a Wi-Fi lounge area with comfortable seating. There is an Alvin's Island beach apparel, accessories and surf shop. Also, there is a mini grocery store and coffee and ice cream shop located onsite, giving Splash just about everything that most guests need on their vacation so that they need not leave until they are ready to check out.

Very kid friendly and clean. Would like to have had disinfect spray and clorox wipes to clean up with. Maybe extra towels and trash bags. But overall awesome beach amenities and view! And location off elevators was great! Very handicapped accessable (wide doors and hand rails, but not handicap toilets) still a win in my book though! Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful Place For All

We loved staying at Jim's property. It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was spacy and balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was nice. The pool area was great especially for kids. We loved the pools and the kid's areas especially with a 3-year-old. The beach was a very short walk from the condo! Would recommend you stay here especially if you have kids. Loved our stay! We were very pleased with property. Nice kids water play area. Full kitchen washer and dryer nice balcony. 2 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. 4 bag chairs one boogie board a float 2 umbrellas to use at beach could not have been any better. Would absolutely stay here again. Jim was very nice and could easily be reached if needed. Was nice to spend time here with daughter and grandchildren that we dont get to see enough. bedrooms and bathrooms

The property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. This was our fourth stay at splash. Everything with accommodations was great. Only con was the amenities with splash that had nothing to do with this unit. We would recommend and return.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY!

This property was exactly as described and communication with owner could not have been better! Location was perfect and the views were amazing! Our kids (and us) loved the swimming pools and the proximity to the beach made it so easy to go back and forth between the two! Will def be going back!
