You have a bakery and a butcher in the immediate vicinity and all amenities. The food market is at the foot of the apartment. If you want to simply have a drink outside or share a meal, all amenities are located in the immediate vicinity.<br>This apartment is steeped in history. It is located on the ground floor in a building classified as "Remarkable". From the sixteenth century, it was the Convent of the Ladies of Saint Elisabeth which extended over a large part of the district.<br><br>Although this apartment is located in the very centre, there is peace and quiet.<br>This apartment offers great comfort and top-of-the-range services.<br>The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, all the necessary crockery, juicer, toasters, Nespresso coffee makers, coffee maker or Senseo coffee maker...<br>The charming bathroom offers a walk-in shower. You have a hair dryer, and a quality steamer for laundry.<br>I chose a very high quality bed. In the first bedroom there is a 180 x 200 bed with feather mattress topper, four pillows and quality bed linen.<br>The second bedroom is equipped with two beds of 90x200 with mattresses of very good quality as well. At your request, these two beds can be assembled to obtain a bed of 180 by 200, with also a feather mattress topper.<br>Towels are provided. These are linen with a density of 700 g for great softness.<br>In the living room, there is a sofa bed with a 17 cm thick mattress in order to have all the comfort of a good bed<br>The apartment has an outdoor patio where you can have a quiet drink and share your meals outside in complete privacy. <br>On Sunday mornings, you can enjoy the food market which is located at the exit of La Renaudière.<br>
