This 3 bedroom unit is located just 20 minutes to Johnson City, TN, 15 minutes to downtown Bristol TN/VA and 1 hour to Asheville, NC. There are many hiking trails, parks, boating, shopping and restaurants for your enjoyment. If you are here for a race, it is only a 15-20 minute walk to the Speedway. The Hard Rock Casino is just 20 minutes away. Enjoy our award winning downtown on State Street where one side of the street is Virginia and one side is Tennessee.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave any wet towels hanging so they can dry. Leave bedding turned down on all used beds.
Turn AC to 74 in the summer and Heat 60 in the winter upon leaving
Take trash to the dumpster located on the far right of parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This Condo is in a wonderful central location to Downtown Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport. I love the beautiful views of the Mountains. I also enjoy the excitement of the Bristol Motor Speedway (right across the street from our condo) during any of their events.
What makes this property unique
This is a unique gated community and we are the only upscale condominium within walking distance of the Bristol Motor Speedway. The energy from all the main events is awesome to experience. Bristol also offers many hiking trails, community events, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
