The cabin was a perfect get away for our family trip to Maggie Valley. It’s picture perfect and perfectly located in Maggie Valley for traveling around to Asheville, Cherokee and other local attractions. We hated to say goodbye to that beautiful Mountain View.

Nice view of Maggie Valley, lots of bed spaces. FIre pit and hot tub. Everything we wanted. The drive up from the main road is very steep but paved and only 1/3 of a mile so no problem, even at night.

Home is clean and fairly well equipped. We had a few issues which the owner tried to get fixed but was unable to. Beautiful view from the deck! Plenty of room for multiple couples or family. Drive up to house is very steep. Driveway is level though

A nice place to stay

Plenty of room. Kitchen is larger than most places we've stayed. Dining room has a large table, which is very nice for the family to gather around. The main bedroom has a nice sitting area. Plenty of bathrooms.

The cabin was good but the property description is misleading. While it is true that there are four full baths it doesn't state that the fourth bath is in the basement away from the bedrooms. That put a burden one the people using the fourth bedroom.They had to go from the top floor to the basement for the bath.

The host was helpful and answered our questions in a very timely manner. The cabin was spacious and the views beautiful. We did have a good time. Areas we thought could be improved on include updated bedding and towels. Overall, the organization and cleanliness could be much better. Some bright and cheerful decor would go a long way to welcome guests. The extra for trash was a downer. Knowing there isn’t a trash pickup a fee could be added and not leave to the guest to figure out what to do with it. Leaving in the mudroom is in the living area, not something guests want to see as they are staying in the cabin. Garage for trash seemed to be a better place. The hot tub was ready for use, low on water and didn’t see a way to add water. Label light switches, No blow dryer in the main master bathroom.

The furniture is old and needs to be updated along with only half the jets in the jacuzzi worked. The bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable along with the bedding was worn.

Heaven on earth

My family had such a great time in Maggie Valley and this cabin felt like home away from home! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the view of the mountains was breathtaking! The location was excellent! Close to my favorite gem mining place, restaurants, and grocery stores. I will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome property with an even better view

Everything about the house was great. Plenty of space for our 10 guests. The ONLY problem we had is that it isn’t stated anywhere how extremely steep the road/driveway is. We were in town for a custom truck show so coming and going wasn’t the easiest but it’s fine in a normal vehicle
