This house was WELL stocked, immaculate, spacious and a great location to everything we needed for our daughters wedding in narragnasett. We utilized the outdoors and large clean, clear garage for rehersal dinner and preperation for all of the girls the day of wedding. Robin, our host, was very quick to answer any questions we had and very accommodating to anything we had asked of her. Great space for 2 families or a weekend away w several couples!

Incredible stay

Loved this property! Clean, incredibly spacious, great location. Communication with Robin was fantastic, she went above and beyond during our stay. House is very well stocked. Plenty of bath and beach towels, chairs, umbrellas. Our group agreed the house felt much bigger than it did in photos. The addition over the garage is perfect for some added privacy while not being inaccessible from the rest of the group. Would recommend this place!

Great Stay.

This was our second time renting this house and let me tell you, this year with the work that was done to it, the house was awesome! The new living room area was great. This house is definitely worth renting!

Great location near beach

Our family gathering of 14 had a wonderful week staying in this home which is five minutes from Scarborough beach which is the best, close to fish shores, farm stands and grocery stores.

Beautiful Home

This house was so beautiful. We had plenty of room for my large family and it was spotless. You do not need to bring anything to cook with. There was everything you needed as far as plates, cutlery and pots and pans. There is a separate coffee bar and then a cocktail bar. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Superchicks Take Narragansett

Incredibly well appointed with ALL necessitiesfor a summer vacation: multiplebeach towels, umbrellas, chairs, corn hole game. Kitchen items:Wine glasses dishes platters pots and pans baking items plenty of silverware waffle iron coffee station with several types of coffee pots including Keurig and French press. Very clean! Pretty much anything and everything you would want for a magnificent time away!!!Robin was immediately responsive to any concern we had.

Turkey day 2024

We had 13 family members staying at the farm. We had an additional 10 folks that came over for Thanksgiving day dinner. The house was very well equipped to handle this crowd. We all enjoyed it and had a wonderful holiday!

2nd retal from robin

We have now rented twice from Robin, the host. This house did not dissapoint, just like the other. Very spacious,so much room for everyone and everything. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs.

Beautiful home perfect for large parties

4 couples and 6 kids and a pet! Perfect for all of us. No fighting over bathrooms, no cramming for common areas, short drive to Narragansett town beach and close but not on major road to get to where you need to go with clear instructions and helpful information for seeing the area. Would stay here 20 times over!

Great Getaway close to everything.

The house is large, clean and very well equipped with kitchen utensils and beach gear. It is centrally located; only five minutes from grocery store, beaches and the Block Island ferry as well as numerous restaurants. We had a wonderful stay with 13 people, ranging from two to seventy two! Robin is very responsive and helpful. We hope to return next year!

WONDERFUL HOLIDAY CELEBRATION WITH FAMILY

Briggs Farm was a wonderful place to stay for our family holiday celebration. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and accommodated our large family group. The home had all the neccessary kitchen items to make wonderful meals at home. It was also very close to the beach, to Newport and stores for every need. The owners were very responsive to our questions. We are so appreciative that they shared their beautiful home with us. Happy holidays! Thank you so much!

overall excellent. well supplied wth everything including all kitchen utensils, pots, pans,etc. linens were great and plentiful. It would have been nice to have a bigger common ara on first floor but o/w the lay out was great especially because we had several families and it was good for privacy. We also enjoyed the multiple yard games we found. Had to drive to beach. woudl have liked to be able to walk but o/w beach not to far. overall nice place

Five women on a getaway...loved our location and the house fit our needs to a T. Spacious, with separate bathrooms for each of us, VERY well-equipped kitchen, and we were thrilled at the generous supply of bathroom towels! Would definitely recommend!

What a beautiful house with amazing location. We had everything available to enjoy a wonderful weekend with family and friends celebrating my wife’s milestone birthday. We had the most amazing stay at this house near Scarborough Beach! The home was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—truly above and beyond any other rental we’ve ever had. There was plenty of space, making it perfect for a family vacation, and it felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Robin, the host, was incredibly accommodating and made everything so easy for us. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area and would not hesitate to stay here again

Girls trip

We are 6 women who went to high school together and we enjoy a long weekend away once in a while. This house was perfect! Besides being immaculate, there was so much room, it was comfortable for everyone and we had an awesome time. Robin was delightful to work with and I would highly recommend this property for your time away.

Absolutely beautiful

This is a beautiful home (with So much space!!) that had everything we needed. Robin is lovely to work with and the community is gorgeous. At the end of our stay, I already had my friends and family asking when we would be coming back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
