We loved our stay at this cute house. It was very spacious and had a lovely backyard. It was also in a great location - close to Newport, the airport and Narangansett. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with a door. We would definitely stay again. Make sure to take your own shampoo and soap for the bathroom as well as laundry detergent.

James and Amy were lovely hosts. James made sure to contact me two days prior to our arrival with specific instructions and other important information. The property was wonderful and spacious, especially the backyard table and grill. Kitchen had everything clearly labeled and EVERYTHING we needed. Group cooking was so easy in the house. Central air conditioning was fantastic and kept the house cool in the summer. The living room and dining rooms were very large, so our group of 8 people could sit comfortably. A great addition was the provided beach chairs and fold out chairs provided in the closet, and that was so helpful. Note that beach towels were provided, but make sure you wash and dry them! The rooms were good-sized, but since we were a group of four couples, the provided queen-sized air mattress we used in the living room was great, especially because of the extra A/C in there. One thing we needed more of was extra pillows, so that's just something to be aware of. Overall, we had a lovely time and it was a very close drive to the beach. Our group highly recommends it!

This property is in the perfect location. Quiet neighborhood but only minutes away from the beach, fishing, kayaking, etc. James was super helpful with check in and check out and the home is immaculate!

Excellent rental with all needed amenities We could have used a greater quantity of towels both hand towels and kitchen dish towels. Home is lovely with a beautiful back yard. Location is ideal for beach communities and tourist sites.
