The large wrap-around deck is another highlight of the home. You can take in scenic views from every angle, BBQ some tasty meals on the grill, or simply kick back on one of the chairs with your morning coffee.

The hot tub is also a great option for relaxing and it’s located right outside the patio door on a private and secluded area of the deck overlooking the woods and golf course. There is also a fire pit located in the backyard, perfect for late-night stargazing or s’more making!

A short 5 minute drive to private lake access, where you can drop in a canoe or kayak and explore the lake. There is also a private picnic pavilion area and restroom area at the lake access point. DOCK RENTAL is available for an added fee.

Fantastic Long Weekend Getaway

My wife and I took our dog up for a long anniversary weekend and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The house was wonderful and located in a beautiful, serene neighborhood. It was in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Will definitely want to stay here next time we make our way to Deep Creek!

Our family had a great time at this property. It was a clean and spacious home. We enjoyed the scenery and seeing the deer right out in the back yard. We also enjoyed using the hot tub. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved the place!!!The property was everything we expected and more! Was in a wonderful, gated community that made you feel safe. There was wildlife all around us, it was fun to see. The wrap around porch was awesome. Our golden doodles loved the property to run around on. And the hot tub was enjoyable. The inside was very spacious,clean,stocked with everything you could think of needing. The kitchen was perfect. the bedrooms were large, and beds were comfortable. Just a great place to stay and enjoy spending time with the family! Would definitely recommend staying here. Had a few questions once we got there about things and Jill answered immediately and was pleasant. Definitely a 5 star stay!!

Great home for a family vacation. Jill was very responsive and helpful, pointed us to a fun outing to the igloo dining nearby. The house is well equipped and there is lots to do inside - game room, toys, puzzles - if the weather is lousy. Very quiet neighborhood in early December and we enjoyed walks on the golf course pathways.

A great ski weekend at Wisp

Mulligan Manor is a fantastic place to stay when going up to Wisp/Deep Creek for a ski weekend. We spent 3 nights with 5 people including two younger kids and everyone had a great time. Plenty of smart TVs, the game room was great, home was clean and as shown, comfortable beds/sheets, and a great location just a few minute drive up the hill from the Wisp resort. I'm sure would also be great in summertime. Jill and Brian were great hosts and super responsive. Would definitely return.

Outstanding property

This property was as advertised and MORE. It is a great home for a family vacation. We took our 2 kids,, their spouses, and 2 grandkids for a long weekend while visting the Baltimore area (easy 3 hour drive). There is plenty of space for 3 adult couples. The game room was a major hit as was the wrap around porch for peace and quiet. The host was the best I have run across, with great communication and tips for the area. Defintely one of the top VRBO properties we have rented!

Mulligan Manor Feels Like Home

Beautiful house in the perfect location for our family. Quiet neighborhood, on the golf course, close to hiking and skiing. The house was very clean, nicely furnished, well stocked, and had wonderful amenities including a game room, hot tub and fire pit. Jill’s attention to detail and excellent communication made for a very enjoyable vacation. The added touches of s’more basket and starter kit of supplies was very generous and much appreciated. We highly recommend Mulligan Manor and will definitely return to this perfect home.

Great Last Minute Getaway with Family

We had a hectic few weeks leading up to spring break and never planned anything. We know it's not in season, but we still love Deep Creek. We saw this house and knew it would be perfect for our crew. Not only did it meet our expectations, it exceeded them!! My children LOVED the game room and hot tub. My husband and I relived our early days of dating and played a few games of Top Golf. We also brought our dog. Since it was quiet, he loved running. We highly recommend this house. When we come back, We will definitley look into this house.

Lovely Spot

Mulligan Manor is a great house with a wonderful wrap around deck. It isn't secluded but it is private enough and we never felt crowded by neighbors. The hot tub and fire pit were terrific. My husband and I stayed in the first floor master. It could have used some sort of covering on the door to the game room. And I missed having a closet but overall a good space with a superb bathroom. The family did well upstairs and enjoyed their accommodations. It's a little loud when they are roaming around upstairs but we love them so, not a big deal. We made a lot of wonderful memories this week and this house was part of the experience. Thanks!

High end on the mountain top

This is such a lovely home! Lots of high end details: - Soft close drawers and cabinets - Smart TVs - Superior linens - King size bed in two rooms - Master suite spa-like bathroom - Premium hot tub - New high-tech washer, dryer & dishwasher And tons of thoughtful touches… - Some storage containers and a few baggies for left overs - Hand soap and sanitizer - A welcome / keepsake gift - Tips and ideas for local events - Labels on the light switches - Motion detecting night lights - Every appliance you could need in the kitchen! The owners were super helpful and great at communications through our entire rental experience. The home is immaculate and beautifully appointed. The location is right next to Wisp and an easy drive to all the necessities and fun places DCL has to offer. Our 11 & 12 year old kids LOVED the four-season room (TV, electric fireplace, foosball table, golden tee game, hot tub). We loved being able to keep an eye on them since it’s adjacent to the main living area. We’ve visited DCL for the past seven years and this has definitely been our favorite by far! Thank you!

We stayed up here for a golf weekend and really enjoyed it. The house was great and had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at home. My only advice is to make sure you have the checkin info before you get to the gate! Service is spotty and might leave you stranded for a bit. 10/10

Lovely Home and Neighborhood

Mulligan Manor is such a beautiful home - we especially enjoyed all the very intricate wood furniture and the gorgeous wrap around porch. Our kids had a lot of fun in the indoor hot tub and the outdoor space. The neighborhood is very quaint and we enjoyed morning and evening walks in the neighborhood and on the golf course. A perfect escape from city life

Our family needed to escape from our day to day life of living downtown in a big city. When we came across Mulligan Manor it checked all the boxes for our spring break trip. From the time we submitted the request our communication with the owners was great. They were responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. The check-in process was simple and we were amazed by the property. It was even better than we envisioned after seeing the pictures. We enjoyed some amazing pizza from Brenda's, did a family hike at Swallow falls, enjoyed walking along the cart path on the golf course, loved the hot tub and Golden tee arcade game. The kids loved that there was a television for everyone in our family to enjoy their own favorite shows. The fire pit proved to be the perfect spot for ending the day and enjoying the sun set over the golf course. You will not be disappointed by booking this amazing house!

Mulligan Manor is our labor of love. We purchased the home in late 2020 and have renovated and updated it for our personal use and to share with others. A "Mulligan" is a second chance in golf. Located on the 11th hole of Lodestone Golf Course, we renovated and updated this home then appropriately named it Mulligan Manor. We hope you enjoy your visit to Mulligan Manor and the Deep Creek Lake / Wisp Mountain area.

Why they chose this property

With three young children, we wanted to get out of the craziness of the city and find an escape. Somewhere the kids could play in the woods, have snowball fights, learn to ski and experience nature and wildlife firsthand. We hope you can enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of Lodestone, the amazingness of Deep Creek Lake and the beauty of McHenry while in town.
