We had a an excellent stay with 4 families and teenagers/students. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and spend good times eating and talking on the main table. With the beautiful living room, the study, games area and fitness room there was always something for your liking. Last but not least the tennis court! The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very comfortable so we were able to have some good sleep as well. Last but not least we made many walks and visited nearby chateaus and villages. Highly recommended place to spend a winter week and should be equally great in summer with a very large pool!

Well appointed property perfectly suited to our large family group. Charming host, tennis court, swimming pool, boules, pool table, etc provided activities for everyone. Property within easy reach of pretty Chateaudun with its chateau, supermarkets and canoe hire.More information about disposal of rubbish and a few extra towels would have been helpful. Expected camp cot was not there but host made provision at short notice. A very, very happy stay which everyone enjoyed.

Perfect house for large families!

A very spatious and comfortable house with all facilities families need. A wonderful large pool, tennis court and various play facilities. The house was well equipped and cosy. Surroundings nice for walking and cycling. Very friendly owner. All in all very recommendable.

Outstanding large property - only an hour and a half from Paris

We were 8 adults and 7 kids in this superb property. Emmanuel and Virginie were extremely welcoming when we arrived at their holiday home even giving us home grown courgettes, tomatoes and potatoes - all delicious. The property is made up of 3 houses (4 bed, 2 bed and another 4 bed) all within the same grounds along with a fantastic swimming pool, barbecue area, tennis court, pétanque pitch and huge grassed area. The rest of the house is really spacious with loads of added extras and space for the group to spread out - the kids loved the pool table, and “cinema” area. There is also a nice walk just on the door step with a small kids play area, and an absolutely stunning lavender field. I couldn’t recommend this more highly.

Une belle demeure chaleureuse et confortable. Un impressionnant salon où nous avons apprécié la cheminée.Une cuisine adaptée à de grands groupes, 2 fours, 2 laves vaisselles, la place pour manger à 18.De quoi bien occupé petits et grands, billard, babyfoot, sono. Nous n'avons pas testé le home cinéma.Chambres spacieuses et salles de bain en nombre suffisant pour le groupe que nous étions.La saison ne nous a pas permis de profiter des extérieurs, piscine, tennis, terrain de pétanque..Adresse à partager.

Avec ses 3 maisons, piscine, court de tennis, ping-pong, baby-foot , pétanque … cette propriété convient parfaitement pour des vacances en famille élargie, avec seniors, adultes, ados et enfants! Seul désavantage : un peu éloignée des « grandes visites » de la région, mais petites choses à voir et faire dans le coin (canoë, petits châteaux, grotte).
