Very secluded and quiet neighborhood. House was big and spacious with a second level deck.

The property is off the beaten path in a very peaceful neighborhood. Be sure to have a full cooler with everything you need to eat because there is not much around to get supplies and cell service

Charming rental near the Poconos and had a fantastic experience.

The highlight was definitely the cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the cleanliness of the property was impeccable. We had a blast with the pool table, hot tub, foosball table, and darts, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway with all the amenities one could ask for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat with plenty of entertainment options!

Great house

We had a great time at this house. The game room downstairs was great for our family and the house was really clean and very nice. We had just a couple small hiccups where the downstairs shower clogged, and then there was water on the floor that seemed to come from the toilet so we didn’t use the downstairs bathroom, but the two full bathrooms upstairs was sufficient. We also could find a stopper to use the jetted tub. But otherwise we had a great weekend!

Good place for a short stay

The house was very nice, well-kept and roomy, with enough places to sleep for a group of adults. Three bathrooms was a plus. An ice storm the night before made it hard to enjoy the outside amenities, so it was good to have an indoor game room. The pool table and dart board were not good quality, though.

Great Rental

Everything is as advertised. This is a great spot with access to multiple mountains and destinations. The accommodations were plenty for our group of 4 adults. Everything was clean and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Would return again.

Nice, spacious property

The house was large, clean, and close to ski resorts. I wish the downstairs fireplace worked and that there were pool sticks for adults, there were only ones for children. Other than that everything was great.

A Wonderful cozy weekend

We did a small get together with friends for my birthday, and this was the perfect setting for it. The open layout of the kitchen/dining/living room area was perfect for hanging out together and cooking. The game room was also nice to have, as we enjoy playing billiards. We also made use of the hot tub out back, which was magical in the snow at night. All in all, this is a solid mountain vacation home and made for a wonderful stay.

Cozy place with hot tub and game room

The place is clean, well kept and overall just great. It’s a 15 minute drive to big Boulder and not far from Jack Frost either. If you don’t want to ski or looking for something else to do the house has a hot tub and game room including pool, fuse ball, darts and ring toss as well as 4 TVs all with roku including tubi, Netflix and other show subscriptions. Thank you for the stay Orlinda!!

Nice & clean

We enjoyed the house overall; it is immaculately clean and a good size and layout for two families staying together as in our case. The game room downstairs was a big hit. As someone else mentioned, the pool table is quite uneven so don't go expecting a world class billiards game :) but it was fun with the kids. We did a lot cooking and enjoyed the kitchen which is a good size. Could have used a few more tools, but overall it was adequate. The jacuzzi was a treat. It had an unusually high amount of foam in it, which was a little suspect, but I also appreciate how difficult it must be to have super clean water all the time in these sorts of set ups. Note that although the layout listed is accurate, the photos for the bedrooms are not; as someone else mentioned, there is now a slightly different bed situation. To be fair, I am spoiled with a great mattress at home, but also, these were not comfortable mattresses or pillows. It was disappointing that despite the house having sleeping space for 9 (I think?) we still had to pay extra for our 8th guest, who was one of our children. I have stayed in many vrbo and airbnb properties, and was surprised to learn that the house does not have towels, not even in the kitchen. At this price point, especially considering the jacuzzi, towels should be included. It's just a lot to have to haul around. A few other amenities would have been welcomed, like soap, shampoo, more than 2 trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent. But overall. a nice house for a ski trip.

Adequate

The house was adequate. There were more beds in the rooms than expected. The master bedroom had a single and the full size bedroom also had a bunk, not a single, so everything felt a little suffocating. The master bath hot water was turned off in the sink. We discovered why. The sink drips and you have no choice but to turn it off. The pool table was slightly tilted so we had little enjoyment playing. Dart board was replaced with a magnetic one which is not the same. Bring bottled water, even for cooking, as the water quality is very poor. Had to use bottled water for coffee. If you are looking for a nice view don’t chose this house. Landscaping was non-existent and a general eye sore. The only good thing was the hot tub and it had good air conditioning. The beds were generally comfortable too. The community was alright. Lake was closed due to poor water quality. The pool was fine but obviously crowded. Need to bring chairs or beach blankets as with most community pools. They have paddle boats for a small fee and an arcarde and snack bar next to the pool. Overall, I would not be renting this place again. It was adequate and we luckily had decent weather most days so we spent it outside the house. But would have liked the house to have been better and definitely with a better view.

The property is close to many attractions but with that being said, it was a lot of driving.

The house was very clean. We enjoyed the game room every night. Small issues with the house is that bare minimum for kitchen stuff and hot water faucet didn’t work in master bathroom sink.

Nice Get Away

The game room in the basement was a big hit but the whole house was really really nice. The only negative is that we were not allowed to use the fire pit. (some sort of local ordinance)
