Located in Ariège, less than one hour from Toulouse, this fully private estate can accommodate up to 14 guests in ideal conditions for a holiday with family or friends. The generous indoor and outdoor spaces allow everyone to enjoy the property fully, without ever feeling crowded.

The house features 7 spacious, well insulated bedrooms with very comfortable bedding and air conditioning in every room, a particularly appreciated feature during the summer. Six of the bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The living areas are warm, functional and very well equipped.

Outdoors, everything is in place to enjoy the exceptional surroundings: a very large saltwater swimming pool, terraces, shaded areas, a fire pit, and an ever-present panoramic view that accompanies every moment of the day.

The estate is perfectly suited for families and groups, with many on-site activities including a yoga and sports studio, table tennis, a pétanque court and safe outdoor areas for children.

A very discreet caretaker couple lives on site in a separate, independent part of the estate. Their presence ensures a warm welcome while fully respecting your privacy.
