This chalet classified as furnished for tourism, is located at the Domaine des Pins D'or in Bias (near Mimizan 10 minutes) in the heart of the Landes forest, 5 kms from the ocean and the large beach of Lespecier, with direct access by forest road, free parking in the shade. It is ideally located halfway between Bordeaux and Biarritz.
This chalet on a plot of 230 m² is equipped with reversible air conditioning throughout the chalet and free wifi and telephone access inside the chalet.
The chalet is also equipped with a 7KW electric car charging station accessible for a flat rate of €40 per week.

On the ground floor:
- A living room of 23 m² with sofa bed, flat screen TV connected to 4k with access to NETFLIX, Hifi system, vacuum cleaner and a baby chair.
- A 6 m² kitchen area equipped with induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, food processor, filter coffee maker and Senséo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the crockery and kitchen utensils.
- A 4 m² bathroom with shower, sink, washing machine and dryer
- A separate toilet
- A south-west facing front terrace with awning and garden furniture
- A north-east facing rear terrace with garden furniture, a gas plancha and two sunbeds, as well as its shed

- An 8 m² bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x190), a chest of drawers and a TV
- A 10.5 m² bedroom with a 5 m² balcony. It includes 1 double bed (140x200), a travel cot (for baby), a wardrobe, a safe, a chest of drawers and a TV.
- A 6 m² bathroom with bath, sink and a toilet.

This holiday village offers a free outdoor swimming pool (heated from July 1 to August 31) with paddling pool, and inside a balneotherapy area (Hammam, Jacuzzi, Sauna) and a heated swimming pool with gooseneck, open from Easter holidays to All Saints' Day holidays. You can also enjoy, always free of charge, a tennis court, bowling alley, ping-pong tables and play area for the little ones....
For a small fee, to be paid on site, guests have access to a fitness room (fitness and weight training). There is also an on-site restaurant bar open during the summer season.
Opposite the village, you will find: A Tree Climbing Area, Paintball, Archery and Toro Swimming Pool......
You can go on many walks or mountain bikes, in the forest, on marked trails around the site. You can also indulge in surfing.
