Spacious, bright villa—ideal for a stay in Mimizan—with a private pool

Welcome to our magnificent villa combining comfort, space and brightness, ideal for holidays with family or friends on the Landes coast.
It consists of a very spacious living room (60 m²) bathed in natural light, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.
Two bedrooms are separated by a bathroom (bath and walk-in shower) and separate toilets. The 3rd bedroom is a master suite with private bathroom and toilet.
Outside, enjoy a beautiful terrace under a bioclimatic pergola overlooking a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny days.
Located in a quiet and pleasant environment, the villa is only 10 minutes from the beach. A cycle path is accessible 100 metres away for walks and bike rides. Everything is there to offer you an unforgettable stay.
