Unique "Rancher" Centrally Located
Pet Friendly! 3 BEDROOMS AND 2 FULL BATHS. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed. Bedroom #2 has one bunk bed (double over double) with a twin trundle underneath. The third bedroom features 2 bunk beds (single over single) sleeps 4 in total. Sleep 10 in total. There are also pullout Queen Sleeper couches in both living rooms. (Total 3 Queen including couches, 5 twin beds and 2 full beds) All TVs are Smart TVs with Cable. Located in a very nice Sea Isle City North End Neighborhood and only Steps to the Desirable 35th Street Beach with Kayaking and Stand-Up Paddle Boarding and adjacent to the swimming and rafting beach! Did I mention this home is Conveniently Located to Restaurants, Promenade, Shopping and all that Sea Isle City has to Offer! Off-street parking for two cars and a shed outback for storage. Beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas for tenant use.
