Set your alarm clock early to see one spectacular sunrise after another from the comfort of your own front deck, then jump onto the promenade for an early morning walk, run, roller blade or bike ride while enjoying ocean front views along the way.

After breakfast, work your way to the beach, just steps away, where you have your choice of the raft, swim or surfing areas all within 1 1/2 blocks of our beach entrance. Also, don't worry about beach tags.

Cap off your day with family and friends while enjoying happy hour in the evening. Watch as the beach goers dwindle and the promenade strollers make their way to the busier parts of town. Moon lit ocean vistas under a star filled overhead are soon to follow.

Perfect for our winter family getaway! Paul was so responsive when we arrived and water was shut off for winter. Easily walked us through it. House was great location, perfect room arrangements for our group of 8 adults! It was nice to have lots of parking space as well!
