Welcome to your perfect Florida getaway for amazing activities!
This Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Key West-style home, built in 2020, offers the ideal mix of cleanliness, comfort, coziness, and convenience. Located on the scenic Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway (A1A), The Retreat is a scenic 15 minute walk directly to lovely Cinnamon Beach and the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Use our wagon to transport your littles, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, toys & cooler (included at the house).

Whether you're bringing a boat, RV, canoe, paddle boards, jet skis, etc. our spacious horseshoe driveway offers plenty of room for all your adventure gear (or rent them locally). Smaller items can be stored in the yard behind the picket fence.

Enjoy the outdoors while you're at The Retreat on the front porch with chairs & tables as well as a back patio with a grill & dining table & chairs shaded by a pergola.

Inside, you'll find an open floor plan, nicely furnished and a well appointed kitchen and laundry room, To ensure a restful night's sleep for everyone, we offer a luxurious king master bedroom, a second kind bedroom, and a third bedroom with two twin beds that can easily convert into a king,

For Families with Children:
We’ve got you covered! For safety, the entire yard is fenced. For your convenience, we provide a pack & play, portable high chair, stroller, bouncy seat, and a collection of toys. We have boogie boards & beach sheets & toys for kids. If there are any items for your kids you need, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. We have a few seaside shells & deco around the house that you’re welcome to collect and put away in the pantry during your stay so you can relax.

Perfect location!

This house was perfect for our spring break stay! It had everything we needed and was close to many restaurants. It was also super convenient as we had family staying at the Cinammon Beach condos across the street!

Immaculate, wonderful space. All the necessities just like home... and supplies for the beach an extra! Close to grocery store, bait shop, beaches north and south of the location along A1A! Such a fantastic experience!

Great Base of Operations

We were in town visiting relatives and doing some scuba diving. The location of the house is close to some of our favorite places like Washington Oaks Park, Matanzas Inlet, and Flagler Beach. The house was spacious for two of us. The climate control was steady and cool during the 90 deg F days and high humidity. We found the home to be a welcome refuge after a full day away in the heat. The kitchen and laundry room are modern.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The place felt welcoming and peaceful; super clean; absolutely beautiful. Appreciated the attention to detail, full kitchen, the wagon full of everything needed for the beach. Close to everything

The home was more than comfortable. Great location to market, beach and restaurants. Easy drive on A1A up and down the coast. Owners were there for all your needs. Home is well stocked for cooking, going to the beach or just relaxing with family.

Flew across country to visit and felt right at home!

We had an amazing time and felt 'at home' while on vacation. Our home base afforded us comfort and all the things we needed to have a wonderful weekend. We were able to get out and adventure around Palm Coast (super close to the beach) and also head to St. Augustine for the day as well. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home near the beach

Lovely, comfortable home near the beach with everything you could need for a vacation stay and just as expected! Super easy check-in process and prompt communication with the owners. Easy 15 minute walk to Hammock Beach and right across the street from Publix, making it super convenient. Only wish-for during colder days would be space heaters to enjoy the porch/backyard more and a couple of bikes to go along with the wagon and beach gear.

Birthday getaway

We wanted the beach without the masseuse or the headache. We found it. Publix is directly across the street, so getting snacks to relax with was very easy. Easy driving down the coast to go to some nice restaurants and mom and pop stores was a plus.

Nice place!

The house feels very welcoming, and sets the tone for your beach getaway. Comfortable, well-equipped kitchen, nice sized bedrooms and baths. Positioned right off of A1A, it can get busy, but it is a great place to stay, close to a less populated beach with no "spring break" atmosphere, Nice to have Publix grocery store a quick walk across the road, and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Close to St. Augustine, Flagler Beach, and nearby state parks. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs.

A great rental that had many thoughtful touches that made us feel at home during our stay. Very convenient having a Publix right across the street. Located on a main road that made it convenient to many different locations. Very close to Hammocks Beach. Very clean with nice kitchen made this a very comfortable stay. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Beautiful, clean Beach Retreat

We loved our stay in this beautiful little Beach Retreat. It is in walking distance beautiful beaches and nature trails with biking and hiking and exploration Galore :-). It was peaceful and quiet. Very clean and bright good spirit about the home. Nice to have a grocery store right across the street. Wonderful little place, we will definitely come here again

Worked great for our needs.

The house looks like it has been well taken care of and was very clean and fresh. My only complaint would be that the master bedroom bed's memory foam mattress is past it's lifespan. It is a bit on on the sagging side as it was not comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

House was very nice. We could have used the following: microwave safe containers for cooking; vegetable steamer and more than one sharpe knife. I believe toilets and tubs were not cleaned prior to our arrival

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We area from a rural town/neighborhood so at first blush, the property being on a busy road was a little disconcerting to us. It quickly became clear that we were in a quiet, clean house in a perfect location to access beaches and routes to any where we wanted to go. We did not plan on sitting around, but rather go golfing, visit Daytona, tour St. Augustine, hit area parks, bike trails, and beaches. It was perfect for us.

Couldn't ask for more!

My husband and I booked this home along with his sister and her husband so we can explore Palm Coast prior to relocating there. When we first walked in we all said "this place is gorgeous"! The decor was beachy chic and tasteful. The openness of the kitchen, dining, living area was perfect since we all love to cook. The tile floors made for easy cleanup. The mattresses were very comfortable and baths had plenty of storage space for toiletries. The fold up wagon was a great bonus and was used daily to carry our gear to the fishing pier. The plus was being across the street from Publix - we walked over there a number of times. We will definitely come back before making our final move! THANKS

This house hooked both of our hearts right away because it was new, built in late 2020, & it's amazing location, near both the pristine beach as well as the intracoastal waterway. This home's floor plan is so well laid out.

This home is in an up & coming area, Hammock Dunes, & is a 5-10 minute walk to Hammock Dunes Resort for those who want to save $ when attending events there.

What makes this property unique

The unique location of this home allows you to enjoy Cinnamon Beach & the Intracoastal Waterway, both so close by. There are so many wonderful outdoors activities to do here, like the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, walking on shaded trails, biking on the designated trails, boating, fishing, golfing, & don't forget to swim with the dolphins, see Saint Augustine, & experience the natural springs not far away!

This retreat is a lovely, comfy home where you can rest, relax & enjoy this incredibly beautiful & natural area of the east coast of Florida.
