"Newly listed renovated beach home in New Smyrna Beach two blocks from the Atlantic ocean and six blocks from the intercostal waterway. Vacation in this perfect home situated in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home has plenty of space. Enjoy picturesque sunsets at the Indian River or walk to the beach for an amazing sunrise. Roll the wagon two blocks to the beach or walk four blocks to the restaurants/shops on Flagler Avenue. We are a dog-friendly home, with a fully fenced backyard.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this very well appointed, clean and charmingly decorated "Coral House" as it's fittingly referred to by the owners. The house is beautifully decorated and with every convenience you could ask for including a tropically landscaped fenced in backyard with patio, table, chairs, umbrella , gas grill and an awesome outdoor shower. The hosts were absolutely lovely and so welcoming. We had so much fun using their sporty golf cart to get around. We paid a little extra for its use but cant imagine not doing so. It was truly a blast! The house is so close to the beach, river, bridge and Flagler Ave. shops including great restaurants like Norwoods & The Garlic & our favorite beach burger spot Breakers on the beach. We could easily reach everywhere we wanted to go by cart which really enhanced our stay. We played hard and rested well the entire stay. We truly felt like we had gotten away from it all & definitely hope to return again:) Thank you Jena and to your beautiful family for sharing your wonderful beach house with us and for such warm hospitality. Excellent Property

Owners are wonderful. Property is newly renovated and spotless. Very comfortable furniture and beddding. Great location to everything in NSB. Highly recommend. Would love to stay again.
