Executive luxury beach side home. This home offers 3 bedrooms 2 baths and sleeps up to 10. Private heated pool & spa. Home has a full size washer & dryer. Master suite has it's own private entrance to pool & spa area. Master shower has multiple jets with overhead rainfall. 2 minute walk across the street to the beach access ramp. Then come home and rinse off under the outdoor hot/cold shower. Spend the evening relaxing in the hammock or enjoy a gathering around the fire pit in the large fenced in tropical backyard. Enjoy morning coffee under either of the 2 covered porch areas. Walk or bike to nearby restaurants and shops on Flagler Ave. Live stress free in this luxury beach home.

Great pool and property

We loved the house and the pool was our main reason for the stay as an alternative to the beach. It was a great getaway and the place had everything we needed. It was close drive to Flagler but the street noise Is a bit loud in the front bedrooms but overall a quiet neighborhood and the noise it not as noticeable in the backyard and Master bedroom.

Home is lovely. Great amenities and decor. I tend to avoid pet friendly homes as dog hair on furniture and a doggie odor is usually present. This home is immaculate. You would never know a pet had ever been there. Location is near shopping. Only downside was it is on a busy highway. However we never heard traffic inside or back by the pool/patio.

Relaxing June Stay in NSB

Perfect location for a relaxing beach stay. Place had everything we needed and was a short walk from the beach. Pool kept our kids busy when we were hanging around the house. Definitely would consider staying again in the future!

Beautiful home, Great Location & Wonderful Hosts

The home was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the outdoor setting in the backyard for sitting and swimming and hot-tubbing. Our fur friends were very happy too!

Great Location close to everything

Place was as advertised and a quaint little space, quiet, all comforts of home. Awesome for 6-7 people. Owners' answered calls and were very responsive. Would stay again. Weather was not very Florida like toward the end of stay but had nothing to do with place.

Great experience - great house w/ pool - 2 min walk to beach...

We loved everything about our stay and have zero complaints. The walk to the beach was much closer than expected - and it was all flat w a few steps at the beach.. We had a house full with our grown children and 4 grandkids but the house was big enough to spread out. The master bedroom and bath were very nice and we also loved the pool area and fully stocked kitchen...

Perfect Home

First time @ New Smyrna Beach. This home was just the perfect spot to relax. We really enjoyed using the pool everyday. This home has great vibes, easy walk across the street to the beach and the hosts were so great to get in touch with and so responsive to all my inquiries. Highly recommend staying here, but hoping you don't so it won't be booked up when I want to return :) Will def be back!

Happy Birthday

Other than not having a fourth bedroom, everything was great. Our three year old loved the pool and the ocean. Everyone had to try the master bathroom-pretty lush! Having such a great place to stay with both a pool and being close to the beach contributed to a wonderful, memorable 80th birthday weekend with family. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you!

Vacation home that has everything you need.

The home was very well setup for our family group. We all chose a bedroom first. The living room kitchen combination was a great place to keep an eye on the two little ones. The pool was a good size and both children 2-4 loved it. It was the focus of each day. We didn’t use the hot tub due to time schedules. Everything we needed was available. The home was nicely decorated. Parking for three cars.

Beautiful home, directly across from beach access in a beach home type neighborhood. 10-12 stairs down to beach from the access. Landscaping at home is beautiful and convenient for dogs in the back with fenced in privacy fence. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa-lots of outdoor comfortable seating. Beds were comfortable, loved having ceiling fans in every room. Close drive to nearby restaurants.

We had an amazing stay in New Smyrna Beach. The house was perfect and had most of the needed items to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great being right across the street from the beach ramp. It was nice having a pool to hang out in after a nice beach day!
