Built in 1966 by my parents shortly after Lake Hartwell was created, this glass and wood beam summer home offers a breathtaking view of Big Water. With its open-concept design, newly renovated kitchen, updated bathrooms, and spacious laundry area, the home blends mid-century character with modern comfort.
With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it comfortably sleeps 10–12 guests (or 6–8 adults only), making it perfect for family gatherings, fishing groups, and especially Clemson football fans. Located just 30 minutes from Clemson University, it’s an ideal home base for game weekends—come enjoy the lake and cheer on the Tigers.
The property features a private dock with swim platform, power, and a covered boat slip. Wraparound porches provide panoramic lake views with plenty of seating and dining space, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water or celebrating a Clemson victory.
