Saltwater Breeze is awaiting your arrival. Situated on the sought after North end of the Cape, we are only a two-minute walk from the Trading Post. From the property, it is only a 2 minute stroll to the sugar-white, sandy beach access at the end of Cancun Drive. Our quiet Turtle Dunes Subdivision pool is only steps from the cottage, and across the cul-de-sac from the pool, you will find the private neighborhood beach access. Our 1600 square foot, two-level home features a dine-in kitchen and open living room upstairs and a second den on the lower level. With king and queen en suite bedrooms plus a large bunk room on the main level, and the additional king bedroom on the lower level, there is space to sleep twelve. Each bedroom and both dens have smart televisions. The deck features a large dining table, and overlooks the back yard, with a hammock for relaxing, a fire pit, and plenty of room for the children to play.

Saltwater Breeze is located mid-way down the beautiful St. Joseph Peninsula, a which extends west between the Gulf of Mexico's gorgeous white beaches and the calm, shallow bay. Cape San Blas boasts quiet, pristine beaches, amazing sunsets, and wonderful fishing opportunities off the beach or in the bay.

Family beach trip.

Communication with owner was great. Owner was proactive and responsive to a couple of issues caused by a power issue to ensure these did not impact our trip. Property had everything we needed.

Beautiful home!

We had four adults and four high school seniors here for spring break. The girls loved having the downstairs all to themselves. We had everything we needed in the house. Very nicely appointed with comfortable beds and a fully-stocked kitchen. Literally a two minute walk to the beach. Ashleigh was super responsive and made everything simple and easy.

Fun family vacation spot!

We came here with three generations and the house accommodated everyone. Room for all the kids and plenty of hang out spaces. The house is very solid we could barely hear people in the other rooms. The kids were thrilled with the Disney plus channel on their tv! Kitchen was great with ample space to prepare and cook delicious meals. Super close to the trading post and the capes best tacos! Although the weather didn’t cooperate with our plans we still had a wonderful time!!!

Just what we needed

This is a clean well equipped functioning property. Everything was quite comfortable. We appreciated the ability to enjoy our vacation with our pup. While the home is just off the main road, it was quite sound proof. We enjoyed the back deck. We recommend this property.

My name is Ashleigh, I am a mother of 4, a former teacher, and we are a full-time farm family in Georgia. We raise peaches and strawberries...and the 4 children (3 to 19 years old). We absolutely LOVE getting away to visit the Cape. Along with my parents, we purchased this sweet house and immediately felt at home. It is in our favorite area of the cape! We look forward to sharing our little slice of paradise with other families. We want each of our guests to feel just as carefree and relaxed as we do when we have the opportunity to get away. Saltwater Breeze is the perfect choice for one or multiple small families. The quiet, small subdivision with a pool is only a two minute walk from the Trading Post and a short walk to the beach. The upper and lower decks are great for enjoying time in the breezy, salty air. The eat-in kitchen and open living area is great for having everyone together for mealtime. With one den upstairs and one down, the kids can congregate in one while the adults enjoy quiet time in the other. The home is big enough to give everyone their space, but small enough that you remain together.
