Driveway parking for 4 cars. House comes with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, ⛱️ a beach mat, 2 beach wagons, beach buckets and pails for the kids to enjoy. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, gorgeous Point Pleasant beach house. Two blocks to beach, boardwalk, best restaurants, shops, train station, amusement park and much more! Brand new bathrooms and kitchen with huge island and plenty of cookware. Backyard is very large with fire pit and plenty of tables and chairs for outdoor bar seating. Just bring your bathing suit. 🌊☀️⛱️
Linen and towels are provided! You are responsible for your own beach towels. Small dogs per friendly!

Perfect stay

This was the perfect house for our family, including a toddler and Grandparents . It was clean, great location to the beach and boardwalk, the pool was amazing. Great and easy communication with the host, but not a lot was needed as the house was well Stocked and had all the modern amenities. We hope to come back and stay here.

End Of Year dinner

Everything about this listing and the host was amazing! The house is exactly how it looks in pictures, maybe better. The neighborhood and even the neighbors were great. Antonietta was able to accommodate me and my family last minute for our End Of Year Dinner. She was VERY responsive and check in was super easy. There’s also so much to do in the area that you won’t get bored…there’s something for everyone no matter the season. I would definitely recommend! Thanks again Antonietta!!

Excellent overall

The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were responsive, attentive and available. There were some minor issues with the house but the the owners addressed them immediately. Point pleasant boardwalk is fairly small and better for young kids. The sand was grainy and the water was very rough so boogie boards were not permitted. These things, of course, have nothing to do with the property, but more so the vacation experience. I would recommend this location to a family with small kids.

Amazing home

Good day starting with location only 2 blocks from center of boardwalk (no need to drive ) also owner provided all passes for Beach and parking plus all chairs umbrellas and Giant beach cart which my daughter loaded with all her stuff plus my 2 yr old granddaughter 😂. The downtown is just few minutes walk , go for breakfast and shop . Now to the home starting with up keep of outside large driveway enough for two cars porch beautiful whole area to sit or just come out and have breakfast. The back yard has a big shed loaded with all beach equipment. Yard has enough room to chill out . Back porch has two big tables and grill(which works like new ) Now to inside when you first walk in it’s stunning .Decorated beautifully, kitchen so nice and big has all the new appliances. You can sit in kitchen on high hats or at kitchen table , living room has large area enough for family to watch TV (we really never watched) because we had so much to do and when we where home we just sat on front or back porch . My wife and I stayed in master room (end tables have USB plugs built in ) walk in closet 👍 bathroom 👍 . We stayed 7 days so we used washer and dryer NP . There’s closet under stairs which has bag of tools just enough to fix my grand babies toy ,extra towels , bug spray , cleaning products. Now upstairs all rooms have TV, beds are all big ( I’m 6’3 ) you’ll fit 😂. I can’t say enough good things home provides everything. I heard Rumor there will be pool but in 😎 .

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. We needed a bedroom/bathroom on the first floor to accommodate one of our family members and this was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and easily walkable - about 10 minutes to town and while it is two blocks to the beach/boardwalk and walkable, they are long blocks. The front porch was wonderful and the neighbors friendly. We had a fun barbecue with friends on the back deck too. It was a relaxing vacation!
