Come and discover this magnificent charming house, a pretty stone farmhouse situated on a large plot of 3000m² and which is classified as a 3-star holiday let.



The Space:

Upon entering this house, you will discover a very spacious ground floor: a bright living room that communicates with a large living area open to the kitchen for enjoying good meals with friends or family. You will also find 2 very beautiful master suites, one adjacent to the living room with a 140x200 bed and its lovely bathroom with a shower. The other master suite is located on the other side of the house, you will be charmed by its magnificent exposed beams and its lovely bathroom equipped with a shower bath.



Upstairs, the landing serves the 3 other bedrooms: a large bedroom equipped with a 160x200 bed and a baby bed, a second bedroom ideal for children with a trundle bed, a first bed "fixed" under which a second single bed is hidden, just pull the handle to reveal it. The 3rd bedroom is full of charm with its splendid exposed beams and its 140x200 bed. To finish on this floor, you will find the 3rd bathroom in the house with a shower and a toilet.



The house is ideally located 700m from the port of Aber Wrac'h and 500m from the Angels beach, so you can easily access it on foot.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? A final clean is included, and bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.

Smokers are accepted but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.



Animals are also welcome, however we draw your attention to the fact that the garden is not fenced.
