Best sunset view on the bay in Brigantine

This second floor property has a great view of the Bay and is only minutes away from Atlantic City and the beach! Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the back deck where there is a gas fireplace or the sunrise from the front deck. Yes, even though this is a second floor unit you have access to the boat dock, grass area downstairs and there is plenty of parking. You can see water from almost every window in the house! The unit has everything you may need for your stay including sheets, bath/beach towels and washer and dryer! Each bedroom has their own TV and complimentary WiFi for the entire house.

The Brigantine Paddle Club is only a few houses away from us and they have tons of paddle boards and kayaks available for rent. Beach tags included with rental with a refundable deposit.

The view over the bay was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed watching the birds and rabbits each morning and evening. Brittany was very responsive and was kind enough to allow us to check in early. We would definitely return for a future trip.

We had an absolute lovely time at this beautiful property in Brigatine! Stunning, sunset views and super comfortable beds, and had everything you need for a fabulous day. Will definitely come back!

Great bang for your buck here. Plenty of space for a group of 8. Great view to wake up to on the bay and even got some crabs on the dock. Pretty clean for a beach house and just as you’d expect. Kitchen was fully stocked and beach badges were provided. About a 5 min ride to the beach and walkable (10 min) to Wawa/dunkin/Acme. Host had great communication when we had any issues. The place is on the upstairs of a two story however with a downstairs neighbor. Would stay here again for sure.

We decided to take a trip to the shore with our family from multiple states. There were 8 of us. This property had a ton of space and we were very comfortable. There was also so many fun things for our small children to play with. They enjoyed their “treasure hunt” to see what goodies they could find. Our host even let us know where we could find some toys to bring to the beach with us. They also had a blast with the arcade machine, which was an unexpected surprise. Any concerns or questions we had were replied to with kindness. There was some outdated information on the property guide but when we asked about it we were given thorough explanations and alternate options.Of course the property had stunning views. We spent every evening watching the gorgeous sunset. There were so many birds and bunnies to spot! My husband and son also enjoyed a little fishing off the dock. We would definitely return to this property!

We enjoyed having friends from out of town come visit the Jersey Shore with us for my husband's birthday! It's a very comfy space with absolutely beautiful views. We also love how close Atlantic City is! Would definitely consider coming back again! Thank you.

Our stay was nice overall. We were 2 couples with toddlers, and the house was in a great location, right on the bay and minutes from the beach. The host was easy to communicate with.Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. After booking, we received a 6 page document of strict rules that was not included in the listing. Many felt excessive, and we spent the stay feeling like we were walking on eggshells.There were also ants throughout the kitchen and on the countertops. We had zucchini bread covered in ants and had to throw it away. I honestly don’t remember if I communicated the ant issue to the host, so I don’t want to unfairly fault her.The most frustrating issue was the 1500 refundable deposit. We chose to provide the deposit rather than purchase the insurance, but 13 days after checkout, we still have not received it. We also paid 200 as a deposit for the beach tags, which was returned, but during our stay, 1700 of our money was being held. I contacted the host twice and customer support twice about the 1500. The host says it is handled by a third party and should be returned around the 2 week mark.The host also contacted us about a “soaking wet blanket” after checking out. It was damp because the dryer repeatedly shut off and we had placed it with the other stripped linens.We have stayed at 31 rentals, and this was by far the most stressful. The location was great, but we felt stressed before, during, and after our stay. We would not stay here again.

Convenient Location
