Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Additional supplies are the guest's responsibility.

Property listed as non-pet friendly but we may make exceptions for non-shedding, non-aggressive dog breeds. Pet fees will apply, and a photo of the animal is required prior to booking. No puppies, dogs must be potty trained and under 30lbs. Guests must agree to clean up after pet (indoor & outdoor; fur, food, feces, etc), keep dogs on a leash, or face potential additional fees. Subject to violate any of these terms or conditions, guest will be required to leave property with no refund of reservation.

Key Cafe location/ Parking Pass/ Animal smell
Overall our stay was pleasant. We had everything we needed in the apartment. However locating the key cafe was difficult since we came in from the backside by the garage exit. A simple addition to instructions could have saved us 20 minutes locating. The parking key didn’t work upon entry to the garage. We quickly ran to the exit and scanned card. Entry still wouldn’t work. We had to take a ticket as we were holding up traffic. Tried calling support from kiosk and it hung up on us. After going up to the fourth floor to turn around we then had to pay $5 to exit. Attempted entry again: Had to text Mitten for support and then called number they provided as we still couldn’t enter garage. The attendant speaking with us verified we were in the correct garage but they weren’t familiar with the error code. Were advised to take a ticket again and local attendant would let us out upon exit at no charge. This took an hour! Once parked we followed elevator instructions only to find the elevator wouldn’t open. We were on 5th floor because parking was full up to that point. There were no stairs in the Northeast corner. Short story is the elevator should be marked on all floors it is out of order. Furniture in living room had odor of an animal. Stated it slept 6 people, we only had 4, but our kids don’t share a bed. We found the blowup mattress which was fine but there wasn’t bedding for it, only a blanket. Took 20 mins to exit parking garage because of the kiosk, phone help & attend

Great location!
We stayed the wknd for a cheer competition at the convention center. We got around easily on the Bird/Lime scooters. Also very prompt Lyft/Uber, wait less than 5 minutes. Apartment is very clean. Bathrooms are large and recently upgraded (appreciate that)! Also, washer/dryer was a bonus. CVS right across the street and a lovely brunch restaurant called Yolk, each a 2 minute walk. The 302 Alabama St was not a good location for GPS. I found putting in Delaware and Louisiana st got me much closer to the apartment door. Kitchen has minimal but everything you need. Thank yall for a wonderful stay!

PINK concert
We came to indy and stayed here for the pink cincert. The walk to the gainbridge fieldhouse was so easy and convenient. Every place we wanted to go to was within walking distance and didnt have to worry about moving the car. Having the parking pass was perfect so we didnt have to spend alot of money on parking. The place was clean and quiet. Very informative step by step directions for checking in and checking out with pictures included!! We had a wonderful time.

Great location for sporting events
Location was great. Better than a hotel. Nice to have 2 bathrooms. The one toilet kept clogging. Check-in a little confusing because the key pick-up isn’t labeled. Nice to have parking included. Would stay at again.
