Incredible sweeping ocean views from the balcony with breathtaking sunsets, abundant sea life cajoling on land and sea, and beautiful places to stroll or sit (inside and out) and take it all in. Time to enjoy this tastefully decorated 2 bedroom condo at Castle Reef Condos located on the NO DRIVE BEACH section of New Smyrna Beach. This 4th floor unit has everything you need to have a relaxing time and sleeps up to 4 comfortably. The large balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet morning or to watch the beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy ocean views from every room including both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. Just off the living room is a well-equipped kitchen, with a dining table that seats 4, making it easy to create meals and snacks when desired. The living room has two comfortable couches and a large flat screen cable TV. Walk down the hall to the master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, a full bathroom including a walk-in shower and two closets. Just across the hall is the second bedroom with a queen size bed and flat screen TV. As our guest you’ll have access to the heated pool and kiddie pool, visit the recreation room at the clubhouse, or enjoy a barbecue at the grill. There’s also a shuffleboard, pickle ball and tennis courts for guests and a large sun deck to bask on. Enjoy direct beach access from Castle Reef and just across the street is a shopping strip mall with restaurants to enjoy! Community Washer and Dyer available for guests. Castle Reef Condominium has a tropical resort feeling with its beautiful landscaped courtyards. This quintessential beach area has a great vibe that beautifully blends the past and the present. Come enjoy this little slice of paradise.

New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.

We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Relaxing and comfortable

Well equipped and comfortable making it a great place for a friends getaway. Loved sitting on the porch seeing the beautiful ocean, and just a short walk to the nice pool area and beach.

This was a great place for our family. Took our parents with us for possibly a last look at the sea for them! They loved it. Convenient to town with a short drive. Thanks for nice stay. Bonus for us: We got to see a rocket take off from Cape Canaveral! Very cool

Good location but…

The location is great and condo pool and location are excellent. The living room furniture was nice. However, both mattresses need replaced. The wasn’t a dresser in one of the bedrooms for clothes. The other bedroom, had 2 dressers, but were old and not very nice. The kitchen was ok, older cabinets painted to look newer than they are. Not enough, paper products, toilet paper and paper towels. There were only 2 bathroom wash cloths in total. Difficult to find extra pillow cases for additional pillows.

Old, somewhat run down. Old furniture. Complicated and unreliable TV’s. Dingey towels and linens. Unpleasant odor in condo. We would not return to this property.

Clean and comfortable condo

This condo was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and well maintained. Even through the balcony does not face the water you do have a nice view. We did not arrive until 10:00pm but with the self check in there were no problems or delays checking in. Contact with the condo owner was quick and accurate. Small market and breakfast restaurant across the street and many restaurants near by.

Perfect location and great condo

What a relaxing place in New Smyrna and the perfect condo to stay. The condo is clean, furnished well and the beds are very comfortable. Beach items and towels are available for the large pool or for sitting on the beach. Easy to check in and owner was very responsive. We will stay here again!

Our family had a fabulous weekend staying in NSB. The condo was in a great location with a beautiful beach view. We checked out some local restaurants, and spent time at the beach and pool. Wonderful condo!
