This luxurious 2-bedroom apartment is the perfect spot to drop your bags and have a magical stay. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a full bathroom, flat-screen Smart TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own full bathroom, flat-screen Smart TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioning.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a four-burner stove with extra storage, along with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, and all kitchen utensils for preparing wonderful meals. Additionally, there is a reverse osmosis system for purified water.

You'll find a full-size stackable washer/dryer, Smart TV, high-speed fiber-optic wireless internet, and air conditioning.

This condominium, with its modern design materials, architecture, and decorations, offers a unique experience that will undoubtedly make your vacation incomparable and full of pleasure. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, and there are four rooftop pools and a Sky Bar. Plus, it's only a block away from the famed 5th Avenue.

This condominium is located just a few steps from the new and luxurious supermarket called Chedraui, where you can find all the items you need to enjoy your vacation. Chedraui is situated on Avenue 10 with 34th Street, just a short walk from IPANA.

Occupancy:
Guests must adhere to the agreed-upon number of occupants. Exceeding this limit results in the loss of the security deposit, with guests required to vacate immediately.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit, via credit card (Visa/MasterCard), is required upon arrival. For guests without a credit card, a cash deposit (USD or Mexican Pesos) is necessary during check-in. The deposit is lifted after inspection, but any damages are deducted.

Responsibilities:
The signing guest is responsible for payment and adherence to the agreement's terms. Responsibility extends to other individuals on the property.

Prices and Property:
No guarantees exist regarding subsequent rental prices or property availability.

Constructions and Repairs:
Maintenance is prioritized, but no reimbursement is provided for accessory malfunctions. Construction noises are unavoidable; however, efforts will be made to address issues favoring guest comfort.

Refunds:
No refunds are issued if guests choose to leave before the scheduled departure date.

Hurricane Evacuation Policy:
No reimbursement in the event of a hurricane or natural disaster. Guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance.

Services:
No reimbursement for service closures (internet, water, power) beyond control. Lockers containing owners' personal items are off-limits.

Additional Property Usage:
Unauthorized usage (parties, non-residential purposes) may result in loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.

Property and Security:
No responsibility for additional furniture. Lock doors/windows, adhere to rules. Guests exonerate Happy Address from legal responsibilities.

Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for their safety and that of others on the property. Absolution from Happy Address for accidents, damages, or losses.

Conclusion:
Agreement valid with guest adherence. Happy Address can terminate for non-compliance or non-payment.

Legal Responsibility:
Happy Address not responsible for situations arising from the agreement execution. Guests decide on termination or property non-usage.

Exoneration:
Guests accept exoneration of Happy Address, owners, agents, and employees from lawsuits, damages, or costs arising from the agreement's execution and service use.

Penalty for Violation:
Violation may lead to agreement termination, premises access, and guest removal without reimbursement
