This 2-bedroom, 2-full-bath condo features singular minimalist decorations with Wi-Fi throughout. There is also a direct phone line to the concierge and front desk should you have any questions during your stay.
Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet, safe, A/C, ceiling fan, blackout blinds, Wi-Fi, and a 42" flat-screen TV.
The kitchen and living room form one spacious open area with plenty of natural light. They are separated by a round table with 4 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, utensils, and small kitchen appliances. It also includes a stainless steel oven, stove-top, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator.
The living room features a sleeper sofa that can comfortably accommodate 2 children or 1 adult. It also has A/C, ceiling fan, blackout blinds, Wi-Fi, and a 55" flat-screen TV. Off the living room is the terrace overlooking the courtyard below.

Occupancy:
Guests must adhere to the agreed-upon number of occupants. Exceeding this limit results in the loss of the security deposit, with guests required to vacate immediately.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit, via credit card (Visa/MasterCard), is required upon arrival. For guests without a credit card, a cash deposit (USD or Mexican Pesos) is necessary during check-in. The deposit is lifted after inspection, but any damages are deducted.
Responsibilities:
The signing guest is responsible for payment and adherence to the agreement's terms. Responsibility extends to other individuals on the property.
Prices and Property:
No guarantees exist regarding subsequent rental prices or property availability.
Constructions and Repairs:
Maintenance is prioritized, but no reimbursement is provided for accessory malfunctions. Construction noises are unavoidable; however, efforts will be made to address issues favoring guest comfort.
Refunds:
No refunds are issued if guests choose to leave before the scheduled departure date.
Hurricane Evacuation Policy:
No reimbursement in the event of a hurricane or natural disaster. Guests are encouraged to consider travel insurance.
Services:
No reimbursement for service closures (internet, water, power) beyond control. Lockers containing owners' personal items are off-limits.
Additional Property Usage:
Unauthorized usage (parties, non-residential purposes) may result in loss of the security deposit and immediate eviction.
Property and Security:
No responsibility for additional furniture. Lock doors/windows, adhere to rules. Guests exonerate Happy Address from legal responsibilities.
Responsibility:
Guests are responsible for their safety and that of others on the property. Absolution from Happy Address for accidents, damages, or losses.
Conclusion:
Agreement valid with guest adherence. Happy Address can terminate for non-compliance or non-payment.
Legal Responsibility:
Happy Address not responsible for situations arising from the agreement execution. Guests decide on termination or property non-usage.
Exoneration:
Guests accept exoneration of Happy Address, owners, agents, and employees from lawsuits, damages, or costs arising from the agreement's execution and service use.
Penalty for Violation:
Violation may lead to agreement termination, premises access, and guest removal without reimbursement
