The kitchen table is the perfect work station to spread out with an amazing view for all you digital nomads or just to catch up on emails. Free extra high-speed internet and WIFI. All the condos’ outlets have all been upgraded with USB ports to charge all your mobile devices and laptops.

The walk out patio has a beautiful view of the central courtyard with lush greenery and a picturesque fountain giving soothing water sounds. Located on 10th and 38th - the most beautiful street in Playa, I’ve nicknamed the “jungle street”. There are so many wonderful restaurants and beach clubs to choose from, all within walking distance.

The Siempre Ipana complex has resort amenities. 5 roof top pools, 3 are heated. (Heated roof pools are rare in Playa, they get cold in winter) 2 restaurant/cocktail bars, one specifically for sports, plenty of loungers for everyone, umbrella service, kids club a massage spa, one of the best gyms I’ve seen in a condo building, friendly front desk security staff and 1 free underground undesignated parking spot.

For your arrival, our local property manager will contact you directly for check in. Her team can also coordinate airport transfers, tours, special occasions, groceries, flowers, etc. Do you need a birthday cake? Bottle of champagne on arrival? No problem. You have a local contact available to support your stay.
