Elegance on Taylor is a lovely vacation home and exactly as the pictures indicate. Decor is tasteful, the home is full of southern charm and well maintained. The queen size bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need including over 100 cookbooks, we really enjoyed perusing them and I’ve ordered two since arriving home. There’s a small patio off the kitchen with a table and two chairs, perfect for your morning coffee. If you’re a tv watcher there’s a smart tv with many channels, the instructions were very easy to follow. As an fyi, the main front door is shared with the owners above and you have your own entry door into your part of the home that locks (of course) it’s very safe, private and no need to question a shared main entrance. The home is located on a quiet charming street, a short walk to Forsyth Park or the hustle and bustle on Broughton Street. There’s paid parking directly in front of the home however you can find free parking on East Taylor on the other side of Abercorn, we never had an issue parking. The team at Lucky Savannah are a pleasure to deal with, this is our fifth time staying with them and this property is a now a favourite!! Check in and out was a breeze, they were very quick to respond when we needed an extra blanket, if you need something just let them know. The bathtub drain needs some attention but it didn’t detract from our stay. I would highly recommend Lucky Savannah and Elegance on Taylor for your stay in the historic district.
