Small Corrèze peasant house completely renovated with simple and natural comfort. Ideal for 2 couples or a couple with two children. No TV, no wifi, for an offline holiday (but good reception mobile networks gsm) at the crossroads of many hiking trails. Located in a small village on the heights of Brive-la-Gaillarde (7km), and close to beautiful villages to visit: Aubazine 7km, Turenne 23km, Collonges la Rouge 25km, Coiroux lake 13km for swimming and horseback riding.<br>Large wooded grounds and private courtyard. Children's swings. Garden furniture under pergola. Possibility to accommodate an animal. Barbecue.<br>Ground floor: large living room with living room, dining room, fireplace with gas/wood/electricity cooking range and kitchenette equipped with a fridge and dishwasher. Laundry room with washing machine/dryer and WC. Cool cellar.<br>Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with a 140 bed. Possibility of BB bed. Shower room and WC.
