Quiet, peaceful and adorable accomodation

The owners are very kind and helpful introducing their house and environment. We enjoyed our short stay (6-12/4/2024). The well-equipped house is at the top of a hill, demanding a little bit drivers skills. We went hiking, visiting beautiful gardens and som pittoresk villages (Collogne la Rouge) and went to one of the most beautiful caves (Gouffre de Padirac). The 3 bedrooms are luxury. One of the bedrooms is accessible by a second entrance, giving more privacy. There are tv’s in the bedrooms but not in the dining room. We could appreciate this facilitating family interactions. Due to the more isolated location, you can walk to the bakery in the small village at the bottom of the hill (1Km) but you need the car if you want to go to all other activities. The hike around the lake starting at the house gives you 12Km easy and lovely vues. We loved it

Magnifique gîte, très bien équipé, Dans un endroit de rêve et idéal pour passer un excellent séjour, aucun jruit dans ce petit hameau. Grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leurs petites attentions Je recommande cette location et nous reviendrons.

Perpect huis!

We werden super vriendelijk door Séverine ontvangen. Vertelde vol enthousiasme wat te doen in de omgeving. Het huis is fantastisch en van alle gemakken voorzien! Het was erg warm deze week, maar binnen in het huis was het heerlijk koel door de dikke muren Smaakvol ingericht en de bedden zijn super! Kortom …. Een aanrader…!

Magnifique séjour aux Fournet de St Cernin

Séverine et Nicolas nous ont très gentiment accueilli lors de notre arrivée avec un cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié .Ils nous ont apporté tous les renseignements dont nous pourrions avoir besoin durant notre séjour tant dans le bon fonctionnement de la maison que pour visiter la région. La maison est parfaitement aménagée.Une cuisine très jolie et fonctionnelle(tous les ustensiles sont en très bon etat ce qui est rare dans les locations) .Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain et son wc.A noter qu'une des chambres n'est pas accessible directement par l'intérieur de la maison mais quelques marches par l'extérieur, un plus pour une intimité supplémentaire dans la famille.Un petit jardin un peu sauvage juste comme on les aime avec des chaise longues pour admirer le ciel étoilé . Une terrasse avec une vue dégagée sur les montagnes alentours c'est magnifique pour les repas d'été.Nous n'avons malheureusement pas utilisé la belle plancha à disposition car la canicule était trop forte pour chauffer davantage.En revanche la proximité du lac à pieds ou en voiture a été très appréciée pour de belles baignades,ainsi que la soirée guinguette du dimanche très sympathique . Bref nous remercions Séverine et Nicolas très réactifs et présents pour chaque demande.Nous avons passé grâce à eux d'excellentes vacances.
