Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a pretty living room of 26 m ÂČ, equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 26 mÂČ with TV, wifi
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140Ă190). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort : washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The apartment is ideally located in Nantes, on one of the most popular streets in Nantes, the rue Crebillon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park close to the Graslin parking lot (covered parking less than 5 minutes away on foot).

El apartamento me encantĂł muy amplio con una ventana y vista hermosa . tranquilo y limpio con todo lo que necesitas para una buena estadĂa . EstĂĄ en una calle peatonal en el centro donde tienes cerca todo. Tiene ascensor que es un plus pero estaba dañado el telefonillo sin embargo se ofrecieron a revisarlo pero como mi estadĂa era corta no fue necesario . Gracias por su recibimiento

Le SPAM ruine l'expĂ©rience. Je ne recommande pas de passer par COCOONR et je ne passerai plus par eux pour mes autres dĂ©placements"

Le Puits d'Argent "Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour au logement ""Le Puits d'Argent"". Son emplacement est idéal et il offre un grand confort. L'accueil de MichÚle était à la fois complet et concis, ce qui correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. La communication a été exemplaire.
Nous avons également été sensibles aux petites attentions telles que la mise à disposition de cafés/thés, de savon et d'articles de cuisine. La grande télévision nous a été d'un grand secours lors d'une soirée pluvieuse, et la présence de Netflix a été une agréable surprise !
Nous sommes donc extrĂȘmement satisfaits de notre sĂ©jour."

Le Puits d'Argent "El alojamiento estaba situado muy céntrico. El acceso al edificio era fåcil y el ascensor aunque no muy grande, era suficiente para el carro de un bebé y dos adultos.
El alojamiento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos, limpio, acogedor y ordenado. El Ășnico pero que podemos ponerle es que hay varios escalones en la casa que con un carro de bebĂ© dificultan las cosas un poco.
El alojamiento estaba limpio aunque el sofĂĄ tenĂa varias manchas. Tanto las sĂĄbanas como las toallas estaban impecables.
La cocina tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar para una estancia: platos, vasos, vajilla, incluso cafetera de cĂĄpsulas, horno y tostador. El frigorĂfico aunque parezca pequeño enfrĂa perfectamente! AsĂ que la cocina en general es fantĂĄstica!
Por poner alguna pega, la cisterna del baño sonaba constantemente durante la noche, lo solucionamos cerrando la puerta tanto del dormitorio como del baño. El calienta toallas del baño no conseguimos que funcionase.

Le Puits d'Argent "Das Apartment ist ideal, um Nantes kennen zulernen. Es liegt perfekt in der Innenstadt und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars kann man sehr leicht zu FuĂ erreichen.
(FĂŒr alle, die mit dem Wagen kommen, gibt es ein Parkhaus an der Place Bretagne. Parken in den StraĂen ist nur nachts umsonst.)
