About this property

True Beachfront! 4BR, 4BA with amazing views and direct beach access. Hot Tub!

Enjoy amazing 180-degree unobstructed ocean views from our vacation home in quiet, relaxing Moclips, WA. Two of the four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, a third has a queen bed, and the fourth has two sets of twin bunk beds.

The home is 4000 sq. ft. with spacious living areas include two living room areas, a dining room that seats 10, and a game area with extra tables/chairs for cards, games, puzzles, etc.

The home has two kitchens (one fully equipped and one in the lower game/TV level), so if you are playing games or watching a movie, you can pop your corn and pull a cold beverage without running up and down the stairs.

Our private 100' path through the grass to the beach makes beach activities easily accessible. Fly a kite, make a fire in the fire pit or on the beach and stargaze with no city lights to dim your view. On chilly days, hang out in the hot tub - also with incredible beachfront views!

We loved this place! We've rented many beach houses over the years, and this was the best one ever for our family! Photos don't do it justice. Things we LOVED: amazing ease of beach access (especially for kids), incredible views from every window, huge decks both upper and lower, comfy beds, spacious kitchens both up and down, built in baby gate... And the deer visiting every evening! Teresa is a very responsive host, and everyone was very satisfied with our experience here. As many stars as we can give!

This was an absolutely beautiful spot to escape and enjoy the views from almost every spot in the house. The beach was quiet and secluded and the house itself had everything you could want. We loved all of the board games, the hot tub, fire pit and comfortable furniture (which is rare to find in most rental homes). It wasn't far to our destinations in Olympic National Park and we even enjoyed making a fused glass souvenir at a shop down the street.Overall our family (ages 6-75) loved the space and would recommend this spot to anyone.

Thanks for the review! I agree - the national forest is very nearby and I think a lot of people miss that opportunity. There are several great hikes (long and short) to let families enjoy the beautiful rain forest. Come back soon!

The house was really great! We had great beach access and enjoyed all of the 4th of July Eve and day of fire works. We had plenty of room. We had a group of 7 and the house slept 10. We would definitely rent again or recommend to friends! The kids (we say kids but age 17-21) enjoyed the puzzles, kites, and hot tub. We really had a great time. Thank you!

Great location and house for all ages

Wonderful location, right on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all needed appliances and cookware, which is very helpful for families. This is our second time staying here and anticipate many more vacations here in the future.

Perfect view and location

We were able to be here for the last few days of clamming and watch everyone on the beach. We explored the national park daily and came back each day to cook great dinner with our friends. Hoping to come back one day!

Will stay again!

This beautiful home was an amazing place to stay. It was the perfect place for all of us to spend time together with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, large kitchen, dining and bonus areas, decks and hot tub. We were able to enjoy cooking our meals together, and was just a quick walk onto the beach. We would recommend this home to any large family and hope to stay here again in years to come.

We finished building this home in 2020 and are delighted to offer it for our guests to enjoy. Billy and Teresa are retired and love to watch all the beach activities, take beach walks and explore the greater north beach area.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. You just can't find a better or more expansive oceanfront view with private beach access. It's a quiet stretch of beach midway between the Moclips and Pacific Beach public beach accesses. No direct North or South neighbors affords privacy and quiet relaxation. And of course, the hot tub is so nice.

What makes this property unique

The home''s private location gives us space and the view is just incredible. It's a favorite hangout for our extended family to gather and play.
