Housing:

A 4-bedroom villa, with 3 bedrooms upstairs. The living areas on the ground floor are spacious and bright. Several social spaces will delight parents and children alike. The outdoor area is designed for everyone’s enjoyment: an outdoor kitchen perfect for evening gatherings, a pool for relaxation or play for the kids, a small pond, and a vegetable garden are all available.

ACCESS:

All areas of the house are available, including the garage with the washing machines and bikes.
We provide games for the children and everything you need for recreation: a trampoline, pool, beach, etc.
We trust our guests to take care of these items as if they were their own.

We’re located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac. However, the area is just 3 minutes from the highway and ring road, allowing you to get anywhere in 15 minutes: beaches (Palavas, etc.), shopping centers (3 mins), city centre Montpellier, the countryside, lakes, mountains, Spain, the Côte d’Azur, Provence, the Gard… anywhere!

There’s a playground just a 1-minute walk away, and the surrounding area is residential and full of single-family homes.
Nature is right nearby—you can head straight into the garrigue from the house on foot, while jogging, or by bike!
A 10-minute walk takes you to the town centre for a bakery and small shops. A media library and municipal swimming pool are available.
The tram terminates in our town, with parking included in the ticket price!

GETTING AROUND:

We’re a 15-minute drive from the airport and a 20-minute tram ride from Montpellier’s St. Roch Station.
The A9 exit is a 3-minute drive from the house.
By bike, there are several possible routes through neighbouring towns.
On foot, the city centre is 10 minutes away, with access to local shops. Shopping centers are a 3-minute drive away.
